Hi there, I just updated WooCommerce and am getting the “Your theme (Avada) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files” warning. Is there a patch for this issue? Thanks.

What version of Avada are you on? make sure you are up to date with Avada which is v5.0,2 and that should not happen.

Also, if you only “replaced” the Avada theme folder on update, then old files can still be left in the folder. It is best to fully delete the old theme folder, and load up the new one so nothing old is still there, which can cause that error.

I just checked on the latest build and do not receive that message, so you may either be running an older version of Avada, or have old files in the theme folder, both of which can be fixed by deleting the current folder, and uploading the new one which is 5.0.2

I don’t understand why I need to pay another $42 for support of a product I already purchased. I updated the theme and it isn’t working as it should be. I followed the conversion process and I am getting shortcode artifacts throughout my site. This doesn’t appear to be a very good way of doing business.

First off we apologize if you are having issues, however the update is correct and it could be something as simple as not running conversion.

Envato is the one who initiated the paid support policy and what it entails, not us. We , as other authors, have to abide by it.

However, what we were able to do is grandfather anyone in who bought Avada before the paid support policy want into place.

Hi Themefusion support. I purchased the theme a while ago, i just updated to the latest wordpress version. But now the Fusion slider stopped working. Do i need to buy an updated version of the theme?

I have avada 3.9.1, fusion core 1.8…yes, the site has been “in sleepmode” for a while. I guess i have to extend support to get the latest theme version and plugins then?

Ahhh, sorry, found the update to be working now, it failed my first attempt. Now running the latest version of the theme and fusion builder.

A lot of stuff happened during this update so now i gotta get thing back in place.

Yes to have multiple languages on one site, you’d need a plugin like WPML https://wpml.org which helps manage the different languages for your viewers.

We have integration with them also and keep close ties with their team to ensure all is working, it is definitely the best solution for a multilingual site.

How come I can’t Add New/Edit Pages, Posts and Portfolio?
Whenever I click on Add New/Edit, the page will try to load for a long time and it will just fail.

Even fresh installing Avada theme without importing the demo will have the same problem.
I will only be able to Add New/Edit Pages, Posts and Portfolio if I change to other theme in my Wordpress.

I manage to spot the problem.
Fusion Builder Plugin is giving the problem.

With Fusion Builder Plugin activate, Add New/Edit for Pages, Posts and Portfolio will not load or load very slow.
How can I solve this?

Yes there are a few ways to do that. You can do that via the column padding settings, check those to see what it is set at. Or you can add a separator shortcode inside of the column at the bottom and set it to a negative value, like -30px.

We respond to every ticket that comes in, but we have to do them in the order that they come in, which is fair to everyone. Our theme is 100% compatible with WooCommerce however we have not tried this particular plugin in general so can’t really provide a solid suggestion here, tho i did some digging and found some people have been using this plugin with our theme.

We have a category widget for woocommerce that can be assigned to the sidebars, however it will not have the same layout as our side header but with a bit of custom CSS it can be achieved.

I know you cannot provide support for 3rd party pluggings and I also know that Avada is compatible with the Event Calendar Plugging.

1) Is your theme compatible with EventOn plugging? 2) Do you have clients using your theme alongside EventOn plugging?

We have never tried this plugin ourselves so can’t really provide a solid suggestion here, however you can use tribe’s ECP that is 100% compatible with our theme and should have no issues, i’d suggest talking to the plugin author about its compatibility with our theme too please.

I Imported (Agency Demo), in Content Boxes, I changed pictures icons to Awesome fonts but the icons is very small (width: 42px; height: 42px) How To change them?

I just installed Avada 5.0.2 and updated all the plugins which showed that the updated plugin for Rev Slider was version 5.2.6, but my sliders aren’t working. When I look at the Rev Slider plugin directly, it says there is an update to 5.3.0.1. I think this is why my sliders aren’t working, and I shouldn’t have to pay $49 to ask for help for something like this. I’ve done everything right/required from what I can tell? Can someone help me please? It appears the most recent version of Avada doesn’t have the most recent version of Rev Slider, and you know I can’t update it directly as it has to come from Avada install.

We ship version 5.2.6 of Revolution slider with our latest version of theme that is 5.0.2 and it works all fine and good i can assure you that, there is no need for you to update rev slider to its latest version in order for it to work, 5.2.6 works just fine with our theme so it might be some of the other 3rd party plugin causing this issue for you.

Please disable all your 3rd party plugins 1 by 1 and check with the slider again, if the issue persist we will suggest you to please create a ticket so we can assist you with it.

What text do you want to change specifically? Is there anyway I can add an image to that section? I already remove the text but I would like to put my logo there.

I’m not working with the normal logo option given by the theme. I added it myself in the menu: denisegrand.cl
