Hi there, that’s how it supposed to be. You’re zooming in to get a closer look at the product. It’s better to have the image big and scroll down than shrinking everything to fit the height of the screen.

We REALLY need a way to place upsells and cross sells on the cart and checkout pages and also be able to change where they are located on the page.
Hi there, WooCommerce adds cross sells to Cart by default. Upsells are only on the product pages.

Portfolio page template is just a page template. You can select it when editing a page

I would like to remove CHECKOUT button from checkout sidebar. I have already removed proceed to checkout from cart page by inserting line into functions php child theme.
The reasoning – I have only paypal express checkout. Only 1 option.
Could You please tell me what line which will do that? (but I do wish to keep the paypal express button in the checkout sidebar)

Actually qTranslate was working perfectly with Flatsome at my website but several days ago all in a sudden, qtranslate started to have problem with page builder. Do you have any suggestion? (WP version was 4.6 before the problem, now we switched to WP 4.5 but the problem continues. We are using the latest version of qTranslate)

Hi tried to load UX Builder but still loading in loop, when looking in the javascript console we’ve got this error : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘isRoot’ of undefined (editor.js?ver=3.1.6:2). Hi sorry this is what we did first of all, we have disabled all plugins, we can edit some pages with UX Builder but impossible for other pages. We’ve got this error for example with shop page. It seems that we dot not have any problem with php and mySQL and we made 2 identical installations on two different servers and we have exactly the same error message.

Hello! i have slight problem with the plugin, when i try to add to cart, but i have “required” set on one of the fields, the warning appears (as it should be) but then the “add to cart” button gets this infinite circle and is not clickable anymore untill you refresh the site. This is the page that has problems, the whole web is under cosntruction, when you enter this page click “add to cart” immediately, it wont let you go through becuase you did not choose any options. However the add to cart button should not continue to load “loading circle”

- I notice that the product thumbnails are portrait oriented. Can they be landscape oriented instead? Same question for blog pages vs blog thumbnails.
- If the product thumbnails cannot be portrait oriented, can I use a separate photo for the product thumbnail and a separate photo for the product gallery? I plan to use the Full Width Gallery as my product page, the photos in the slider is landscape oriented.
- Does the Banner Focus Point also work for sliders compressed into thumbnails?

1) & 2) You can have any image format. Landscape oriented works perfect
3) Banner focus point only works for the Banner element.
Ux-themes, you guys have created a great theme with Flatsome. However, I must say that your UX-Builder is quite messy. It leaves loads of inline styles for every element customised instead of putting the styles into a custom css file, like many other visual editors. Also, the having randomly generated IDs for HTML elements isn’t a good idea either. This can be quite off-putting for some users I can imagine.
Hi there, radom generated IDs for html elements has been in Flatsome since day one. We need this for custom CSS targeting. Also inline css is ok to use in 2016. Do you suggest it should be in the header instead? We use the inline css for custom style options users create in the builder.

V2 has Page Layout the Landing page with no header, but with footer.
V3 has “No Header-No-Footer” page template. Can you add page template “No Header-with Footer”?
You could try use the transparent header page template, but just hide the header with CSS. Or is that a bad solution?
What I would missed from V2 in the current V3, is the footer menu.
You have added nice page setting – choosing footer type. If you could bring back page template “No header with Footer”, I could display footer menu.
I use this template as the Landing Page and footer menu is important.
Ok We could make a “No header” template in one of the next versions
