What a pity Flat V3 switched to “Contact Form 7”, instead of Ninja.
Ninja is more stable and better plugin.
I cannot see any form fields customization in Ninja, same as for CF7.
Hi there, you can use them both. We just changed to contact form 7 to be the standard included form.
Not sure what you mean about form fields customizations in Ninja? Ninja forms is a plugin and it got their own form layout editor.

When adding a button to the page, is there any way to choose an existing (internal) page to link to? Or do you need to copy/paste the absolute URL?

One other question I had: I know you can add a “block” shortcode to a category in order to display a header for that category page.
Is it possible to create a header so that it can be displayed on all categories, and make it dynamic where the title changes based on the category page being displayed (ie: Shoes category will display “Shoes” in the header, Bags category will display “Bags”, etc.)?

Hi again, it’s currently not possible to add a dynamic title to a block, but there is a page option to have the category headers have “banners” on top.

I put icon boxes into 4 Columns. On Mobile, 2 Columns are displayed in one Row, instead of one Row. It results with tiny 2 columns with text in the row on mobiles.
I think one column should be displayed on mobiles.

4 Columns on PC are displayed as 2 columns per row on Mobile.
It should be 1 column on mobiles.

I am not talking about “Shop”. I have no shop.
There’s a bug in “Icon Box” shortcode CSS. I have 4 columns with Icon Box (icon centered) and I have 2 columns displayed on Mobiles – it should be 1 column on mobile.
You can change exactly how columns are shown for Mobile and tablets in the page builder.
There is no Setting of that. It is a bug. Webdesign standards are that Mobile devices have 1 Column by default (no customization needed)
V2 Columns display well V3 is a BUG
Where do you get that from? It’s not a bug. Many webshops has 2 products pr row on mobile devices.
Who says that is “webdesign standards”?
Btw, there is an option for that. You can change that in the UX Builder AND the theme options.
Hey guys. I’ve already requested this couple of weeks ago. But it seems that it is still not possible to enable navigation arrows on mobile slide shows. From a UX perspective. It’s really important for me to have this feature enabled! Could you guys have a look on that feature? best c.
It’s still on our list You can see the bullets. I think that should make it clear that it is a slider.
Google Maps shortcode in V3
When change position of the content box in Map for mobile, I don’t see the difference after I check it on mobile device – console emulator (the position and width is the same as for PC)

Using UX Builder for transparent banner is not working. Background setting for banner to transparent turns black background. I had to add .banner {background-color: transparent;} to custom css. But it applies to all the banners. I am using 3.1.6. Advise me.
Hi there, did you try move the opacity slider to bottom? So the colors is something like rgba(0,0,0,0)
Can you explain more specific? What I tried to achieve is making video background and text banner slider top of it. The theme doesn’t have video background function, I added a video to a section and text slider top of it. Issue is slider color to transparent is working, but not banner color. As I mentioned, transparent for banner turns black.

Still trying to get a reply about the Product Category Slider showing sub-categories after the update to V3. How can I show only the main product categories in the slider? A lot of people have been asking about this but I haven’t seen a response about it yet. Please advise.

Ya know how your little flatsome logo shows up as a loader icon when loading pages? Any way to change that logo to my own company logo instead of yours?
When using a FA icon in the menu, and a submenu exists, the icon shows up after the menu text and after the drop down arrow…. the icon SHOULD be before the menu text.

1) This is just a part of the “Customizer” is not something the customers see. It’s not possible to change this logo.

I am looking for a solution to link my products directly. If customers click on a product in my shop – you should be directed directly to the external dealer. Present Case EXAMPLE I click on product2016 and get forwarded on my homepage: mydomain.de/shop/product-category/product2016
But i want it directly to Amazon or similar. amazon.com/..../product2016
