You should get the Auto Update notification on your themes panel as far as your theme is registered for Auto Update, please check out this article here : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/register-purchase-avada-version-4-0-3-lower/
However in case its not showing up for you, FTP method installation can also work and you can download the latest version from your themeforest account.

Hi, I see that under “Compatible With”, it only says Gravity Forms 1.9.x. But it´s been a while since Gravity Forms 2 was released. What does this mean, are you not testing Gravity Forms for compatibility anymore, or do they simply not function well together with their latest release?

You have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

I need to report a bug. I just updated to Avada 5.0.2 and there is an issue with the Menu. Somehow the code on the cart icon in the desktop nav bar got updated to include “current-menu-item” and “current_page_item”, so now it permanently looks like it is the active page, no matter which page you’re on. Can you address this in your next update ASAP please? It looks wonky.

It must be some other 3rd party plugin of yours causing this issue, i want you to please go ahead and double check by disabling each of your 3rd party plugins please and if the issue persist do create a support ticket so we can assist you with the issue.

Because installing single pages through Fusion Builder is only meant for skeleton layouts. Read the the top description on the page, it says this … http://d.pr/i/Ybi3
If you want the full thing (sliders, theme options, etc) ... then it’s best to import the full demo.
We can’t import theme options and sliders for individual pages as it’s a technical limitation. So we offer full demo imports which gives you everything, and then single page imports from every demo through Fusion Builder which gives you the main layout.

Thanks for your help so far! appreciate it
I am currently on Version 4.0.3, but want the latest version and i am really confused with everything that is going on. I have a few questions:
1) Do i have to download the documentation and install the theme again in order to get the latest version?
2) Is there a way, where the versions can be automatically upgraded/Updated?
3) On my dashboard it says i have the latest version of WordPress, does that have anything to do with Avada?
4) When i try to get additional through the support ticket it keeps bringing me elsewhere for some reason and just showing me a lot of info, its getting a bit frustrating now because all i want to do is just get the update so i can start building my site.

It’s best to submit a ticket for us so we can walk you through this. I will leave some brief notes below, but please signup and submit a ticket for us.
1. You do need to update the theme to get the new version, which means you need to download it from your downloads tab here, or use the auto updater (if you set that up). We have video tutorials for both installing it via WP and FTP here: https://theme-fusion.com/support/video-tutorials/avada-videos/
2. Yes, through our auto updater, once you are on v5. The old one in 403 has been expired as the old Envato API is. Once you are on v5, you can set it up so it is automatically updated.
3. That just means you do not have auto updater setup. Download it from here https://themeforest.net/downloads and install it via WP or FTP (see videos above)
4. I’m not sure what is wrong here. Currently you are signed up at our site with username OLJE and email of omaredwards940 (at) yahoo (dot) co (dot) uk.

Yes this has already been fixed. You can apply the patch on the Avada > Support tab … or just update to the latest version of AVada which is (Avada 5.0.3, Fusion Core 3.0,3 and Fusion Builder 1.0,3)
The Patcher tool is used by our team to issue qui k fixes if they are needed, it is on the Support tab towards the bottom, always apply any patches you see there.

“Load More button issue on portfolio layout with side navigation template!”
Whenever we use a portfolio layout grid in a side navigation template, the load more posts button stops working. The load more button might be conflicting with another a duplicate class or id from the sidebar. Please look into it. We use Avada as our number one WordPress theme. This is a crucial issue and would appreciate a response when this is resolved. Thanks.

Hmm I just tried and it was ok, are you running the latest versions (Avada 5.0.3, Fusion Core 3.0,3 and Fusion Builder 1.0,3)? If not update and check it out.
Also disable any extra 3rd party plugins just to see if that helps.

Hi, I just purchased avada and installed it successfully into WP however WP is now prompting me to register the product by creating a personal token via a link that was suppose to have been sent. I was never sent a link to generate a token. I did receive a confirmation order email but there was no such link for the token creation. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi,
how can I add to Avada the Google Tag Manager code? I checked Avada 4.0.3 and found that tracking code adding option is not how GTM requires:
( 1) <script> “Paste this code as high in the <head> of the page as possible”,
2) <noscript> ” paste this code immediately after the opening tag”

You should be able to add the 1st one into our second code field area as its inside the <head> tag as per the instructions, however its not to the very top and for that you will require to inject it using a custom hook.
Same with the 2nd code and it can go into the 3rd field, however it goes just above the closing body tag.

Re: 1: you are right: “its not to the very top”, but this is the lesser problem
Re: 2: on 3rd section ( Space before ) the problem is not only that the injected code is not at the very top of body area, but inserting noscript code of GTM doesn’t work there, you will get an error (you can see details hovering the signs before row numbers). Pls. test it w your own GTM

Bug in “Resume Demo”
Hi,
Im installed avada using “Resume Demo”. A beautiful template but with a big bug to be fixed. There is a problem with the menú.
In Appareance > Menús i can see 2 menus. Main menú and single post menu which has the same items that the main menú but with entire url (http://www.mypage.com/#contact) instead only the anchor (#contact) to avoid crashing links or js errors with active section…
Work fine with demos portfolio entries but when i need to create a new portfolio or a new blog entry or a new single page, i cant choose with menú will work, and page fails. If i create a new single portfolio or single entry or a new page, ¿how can i set this secondary menús?
I need help to solve it because with this bug, this cant work.

I can assure you there is no such issue with our Fusion Options > Header > Main Menu tab and you should be able to assign any menu from the page options to your portfolio or page : http://prntscr.com/d26644
Please make sure that none of your 3rd party plugins are causing this issue with the Fusion Options by disabling them 1 by 1.
Also, we have just released our latest version of theme that is 5.0.3 so please update to it as well.

I’m sorry to bother you again with a problem, but it seems that my revolution slider is not responsive. My buttons doesn’t align in other devices than computer or laptop. http://aspivita.jinxit.ro is my website if you want to verify. It’s an annoying problem because this is the only one and it applies to all of my pages because I have a slider in 3/5 pages.

HI, I would like to rebuild a site which has an avada licence on a stage host as I am worried that the update will not go well and it is a live site. Please could you let me know how I should proceed? Can I use the same licence and once it is finished put it live and take the current site out. I want to make sure I do the right thing with the licence. I am new to all of this so I am not sure how to do this.

Yes, this is possible to do so and you can migrate the license this way, however you have to make sure that once the live site is up you are not using the Avada anywhere on other live site, in short only 1 live site can use 1 Avada license be it sub domain or main domain.

No matter which version did you buy, Updates are always FREE for all our customers and your file inside the themeforest account will already be updated to 5.0.2.
Just go to your account and download the Installable WordPress files again, that should give you the latest available version always as right now its 5.0.2

Hello Avada Team, I need the option for main menu navigation to hide (integrated), but when opening up, not only in fullscreen mode. is this possible to change into a regular menu integrated in header or is fullscreen menu the only option for this? Also: how much text can fit into the google map message box layer for infomation, f.ex. address, name, ... ? Is the size customizable?

You will have to use media queries with custom CSS for that if you are looking to hide the main navigation only on a certain width, regarding the text size inside the google map area you can put as much as you want to and also use HTML inside the infobox area.
