I believe this is a beautiful themes. i intend to purchase this theme but first thing fist i need to check on something. For the banner, can we setup different banner for every default woocommerce page? of simply disable the banner?
Because you know.. woocommerce default page is not really easy to be edited.

oh Sorry one more thing, does this theme can be translate into local language? in my case we are using bahasa Indonesia.

I updated to flatsome 3, I made some changes and everything works like a charm.
I wonder if there is any chance to add a loading screen, while a page is loading. In other words, if you give add a setting in order to be able to enable a function like the loading icon that appears in the builder screen (when I make a change on a setting, during the preview loading of my change, a loading icon appears).
Hi there, there is actually an option in version 3.2 (coming soon) for that. You can add a loading screen for the homepage or all pages.
I too have updated to latest version and it has completely changed the look of my website. That sucks because I am no expert in building sites and have followed a tutorial on youtube that is most likely affiliated with you. I can’t afford to spend the hours again trying to figure out what was wrong. Really unfair. I am sure new buyers will love all the new features but what happens to the rest of us!! Just great. Not happy!
Hi there, I’m sorry that your update did not went as good as you hoped. There could be some reason it’s happening:
Are you overriding many files in a child theme? This probably needs to be removed or updated.
Have you done custom CSS changes? We have changed some of the css classes, so some of your custom styles might not work.
Have you updated all cache? You site could use old css mixed with the new theme. You need to reset all cache to fix this.
Flatsome 2.x was three years old and it was time for a new start to make it ready for the future. You can always continue to use V2, we’re going to support it for the next WooCommerce versions.

I’m scared to see how many people have some issues with version 3. I’m in love with version 2.9 but I think is not a good option to do an update to the new version. Is just an opinion.
Hi there, many have updated to 3.0 without problems, but things have changed a bit, so if you have done heavy customisations we recommend to continue to use V2.9. We’re going to support 2.9 for feature WooCommece versions.
Flatsome was 3 years old so we needed a fresh new start. We’re not going to do a big new versions like this for many more years. So if you manage to update to 3.0 you will be safe for many more years.
You could always test 3.0, and then downgrade to 2.9 if things did not work as it should.
My homepage is all messed up now. for some reason the grid items on the CUTE theme selection are all jumbled up. What are the grid sizes supposed to be? Or what could have caused this?

I have issues with the logo image. We tested the logo issue and the results indicate that your theme have some issues with resizing and dispplaying the corect size. This makes the logo blury.
1- When we adjust the logo, and test in front end, the first load shows the correct size of the logo but once we reload again, it shows it in a diferent size. That is because when we put 300 width for the logo the theme shows it in 270px but not in the first reload, you need to reload page to show it.
2- Also on mobil. To compare it, I adjusted some images. Please read the names of the images attached and check them.
We have submited a ticket and no one is replaying to this issue. The email include other issues. That is why we are reminding you about it.
