Now saving options works.. But we want to import the options.txt. We don´t have to enter all the options again. But it doesn´t work. When we click on import, an options.php is downloaded.

Great theme, but you need to create a frontend login/registration page, that should be enforced when you try to add a comment to an article, and definitely add reCaptcha support for the login/registration form (and maybe even social login, because your Muffin login widget doesn’t seem to work well with the wp social login plugin or other plugins that add this functionality) – we are currently forced to find plugins for frontend registration/login with reCaptcha, otherwise we get a lot of spam created by bots that register extremely easy on the site. Hello. I am using Betheme to build a one page type website. However, after I use a number of elements/ sections/ wraps … it doesn’t let me add anymore. It also deletes the last section or it leaves it there but doesn’t allow me to customize it. Is there a limit to the number of sections / elements I can use? How can I fix this? Thank you

We have a 2-levels menu for “Our products” menu here : http://www.mamitasbakeries.com/en/ When the user uses the mobile version and tap on the “Our products”, nothing happens. The user must tape on the little + button. It’s not really user-friendly. Is there a way where the user could tape on “Our products” to see the second level menu with products please ?

we are sorry but we do not have such option included unfortunately. Many users are using links for main menu items and that’s why such item can not be clickable to expand sub-menu. This is the reason why we used +/- buttons instead to expand sub-menus.

How can I place “Social Menu Top” & “Social Media” links on Top Bar? Currently it’s one or the other; how can I do both with a very short “Social Menu” on right hand side?

you can not display Social Menu and Social Icons at the same time in same place but you can display icons on the right and links inside Slogan bar, using simple link tags, like:

Hello! Is it possible when you click on a blog post that the title remains Blog and the Title of the blog is under Blog. hello, there is an empty black space at the bottom of the page, just under the image carousel and above the footer. I’ve already set padding, border and margin to 0px in both column and row settings but that seems to not change anything. is there an option in the theme settings or some custom CSS code to delete or hide that space? you can see a preview at envi.envi.online
I found it also under every row I create. they measure exactly 35px, I think it’s some sort of padding or margin by default…

Ok, thanks. As we can see, you are using VC and this is how plugin works exactly. This has completely nothing to BeTheme. Anyway, to remove default bottom margin of VC’s div, you need to use the following css:

Also, can you disable the hover/zoom feature of the image? I have “Zoom Featured Image on click” switched to Off in the Blog Theme Options, but doesn’t seem to have made any difference. This page is the Chamber Dashboard Business Directory plugin, which I’m fairly certain uses the Theme’s Post layout.

yes, it is possible. To move Share Box to the right side, you need to use below css:

In reference to 2nd question, because it’s your own custom post type page, to disable it’s hover effect, you need to use:
.image_frame .image_wrapper img:not(.ls-l) { top: 0 !important; }
.image_frame .image_wrapper .mask::after { display: none !important; }

Sorry but what other suggestions you ask for? As you said, and we can see, hover effect has been removed from the featured image so we are not sure what else you would like to do.
Sorry, that should have been “hasn’t worked” ... I have checked the site in a couple of browsers, and I’m still getting the hover effect on the featured image, where if you click it opens in a pop up window.

Ohh, you mean popup button. We didn’t knew that you want to remove it as well. Anyway, to remove it, please use the following css:

Hmmm, the popup button is gone, but you can still click on the image and it appears in the pop up window. is there any way to completely disable that? The image is large enough – I don’t require the pop up window.

We have such option included but only for the post types that comes with the theme. However, you are using own post type what means to remove the link from featured image, you need to do customisation in in an appropriate file.

icons does not appear because your 3rd party plugin called “Font Awesome” overwrite default theme styles. So please disable this plugin and all would be fine.

Ah, ok – I didn’t realise I couldn’t use that plugin as well. I have added custom CSS to include the icons alongside the phone and website on my Business Directory http://www.webfactory.com.au/testsites/hoa/olive-producers/. Can I achieve the same thing using your built in icons?
Sorry but we do not understand what icons and were exactly you want to add. Do you mean to add custom content next to the slogan (Australian olive oil and olive products grown in the NSW Hunter Valley)?
No, sorry, I mean the small phone and web icons within the Business Directory listings (only displaying on a few listings so far). They have been inserted using Custom CSS, and the codes for Awesome Fonts.

Sorry but it is still not clear enough. We have no idea where you got these icons. However, Font Awesome wouldn’t work because we use own, pre-defined package of icons and you can find them all listed on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/typography/#icons
I’m not sure how else to explain – the Business Directory plugin developer provided custom CSS to allow you to insert phone, web, email etc icons next to those fields. This CSS code involved using Font Awesome Icons – I didn’t realise I couldn’t use that as well as BeTheme.
Is there any way I can amend the custom CSS above to achieve the same result utilising your built-in icons?

Hi! First of all, congrats on the theme, it’s really beautiful!
But I’m having tons of problems with Muffin Options (and the Builder). We have this running on two servers. At first, it was only loading with the plugins deactivated, on both of them. In one of the servers, it’s still like this. But in the other one, it started loading whenever it wanted. Sometimes it did, sometimes it didn’t. Then, we tried to insert the Google API via database (I searched for the exact position using the other server’s database), and it crashed. All of our settings were overwritten. So, we decided to start everything again. We cleared the database and the website files in ftp, reinstalled Wordpress in another folder, and started it all over. The Muffin Options wouldn’t load at all. So, you updated the theme, and we tried to use the updated version. So we cleared all the installation again and started from scratch. Again, Muffin O. wasn’t working at all… We decided to do some research, and found out that it seems to have some issues with servers capacity. Could you please guide us on this matter? What are the settings required to make the theme work smoothly?
Also, the Builder. So, I was using it on the server that the options were still loading, and it suddenly stopped adding content. Whatever content I tried to insert after some point would be ignored when I saved the page. I could add new content in the middle of the content I already had, but then it would ignore the last items of the page…

Just one question for me to know, for example if you work on a website with one demo and then you try another demo on it but you dont like the new one, is there a way to go back without losing your work on the web with previous demo?
We are sorry but we do not have any option to easily go back to previous demo. Each demo always imports individually settings/options which are necessary for proper work. That’s why, we always recommend to create an extra WP instance for tests where you can import any demo you like and learn how some things in backend were done.
