Hopefully a quick one… I have used the Jupiter page options to disable the page title on the ‘store’ page, but it still appears on the category and subcategory pages. As these don’t have their own editable page, where would I go to disable it for these two? And is there a global option to disable the page title? Thanks in advance.

If you put this CSS into Jupiter -> Theme Options -> Advanced -> Custom CSS it will hide all the page titles from all Woocommerce pages:

.woocommerce-page #mk-page-introduce {display: none;}

However, there are alternative ways that can be provided by our support staffs.

Visual Composer does not work as it is frozen for editing. You can not activate the licenses of VC and SliderRevolution, why?

The VC does not need a license since you are using a modified version of it and also it comes bundled with the theme and is free of charge. So please make sure you are using Visual Composer (Artbees Modified Version) first and if the issue persists, just open a ticket in the support desk and let the support staffs fix it for you.

Lifetime Support?: I just got your email announcing it. Freaking brilliant. Being able to buy a lifetime membership to something like Divi definitely gave it an edge when choosing a theme even though I have been seriously eyeing Jupiter. But Lifetime Support is a game changer. Bravo. Brava. Brilliant. And seriously – would be willing to pay for an “all you can eat” license like Divi. I build lots of sites so the price of themes is something that figures into theme choice a lifetime license – is well worth even more than the 5 theme purchase amount to me.

And BTW – some other feedback on the pricing issue. For an “all you can eat license” I’d be more than happy to also pay a reasonable yearly support fee too. With Divi – I’ve wondered, as a business model, if they should charge one. When we designers buy into a theme – we get how important the long term survival of the theme co. is. Low price is nice – but we get that you need to profit too, if we’re all to have a long, happy life together! And I’m the monogomous kind! I’d like to settle with one theme for as long as possible. Ha, ha! “Till death do us part!”

Having issues changing the exceprt lengths on archive pages, usually somthing like this does it :

function new_excerpt_length($length) { return 200; } add_filter('excerpt_length', 'new_excerpt_length');

But it doesn’t seem to be liking it. Thats going in the functions.php file I set up in a child theme

It actually depends on the place you are going to use the excerpt, so you better be in touch with the support staffs so they tell you where and how to change the excerpt length where you need it.

URGENT:

I have updated the theme today and WooCommerce Checkout page is now not working!!! Anybody have the same issue??

This is a live customer site so I’m either going to have to roll the theme back or get an answer here.

Support takes so long thats I feel I’m stuck at the moment and the client wants an answer obviously as sales have stopped.

Unfortunately, this is not an Artbees element and there is no option for that. However, you can use this CSS fix in Jupiter -> Theme Options ->Advanced -> Custom CSS and see if that works for you:

Hi. In http://50.116.87.98/~yorgusnovo/ how can I see the whole image on mobile using Edge Slider? I do not want to use an Portrait Image because the images do not look good. I just want to see the full image that I´m using in a minor scale. Can you help me please?

Unfortunately, this is what Edge Slider does to fit the image to the place and also keep the performance good, you may either upload your image in the Portrait or use Layer Slider, which will let you resize the height of the slider as the width reduces.

The translation files are stored in languages folder inside Jupiter folder. You can see two .po and .mo file for each language installed on your WordPress.

However, I recommend you to follow this article about translating the theme:

Hi there, I’ve tried several times to reset my password on your support site and haven’t been successful yet. It takes about an hour or so for the email to come through and when it does, I get an error stating “Key is invalid” when I go try to reset. Can you please send me a valid reset url?

How to use relative paths on logos? Its very usseful to child theme when we work on local

Relative paths are not recommended for logos.

Imagine you have set the logo image relative to your home page, now when you navigate to page1 the logo will not show because the address is wrong.

Please let me know if you mean something else and I didn’t get your message correctly.

When my team work on “localhost” and upload to real url “site.com”, logos keep on localhost (revslider have same problem)...
