How to align 2 column row and 1 column row horizontally the same?

You mean having 3 columns in a row? If yes, you can create your desired layout using Visual Composer.
If you mean having two rows with the same height, just set the height of row children elements the same as each other.
However, I may have difficulties understanding the issue correctly here, so it would be better to explain it to our support staffs in the support desk and wait for their response.

Unfortunately, this is a bug with Jupiter version 5.4 and is fixed in 5.4.1. Will you please update your theme to the latest version and clear your theme cache?

Your answer to whether a vc plugin addon is compatible or not was in error. Ultimate addons for VC is completely compatible with Jupiter and the majority of themes out there. My site is live and I used it extensively throughout my design.

It is actually causing errors if you use some certain shortcodes, however, we will give it a try and check the latest version of Ultimate Addons plugin and will see if the incompatibility issue is solved. Thanks for the heads up.

It’s actually a page section with a background image and a padding space above the boxes.
The image is probably lost on your imported demo.

1- Is your theme support adaptive image? In case it supports where can I find the details about it to find out about how is it interact with my whole images on the website or it just support certain elements of it?

2 – No, unfortunately, we have incompatibility with those plugins.
3 – The theme has a built-in minification option, and also caching configurations, but it is not compatible with Autoptimize. Not sure about the other plugins since had no report yet for issues with them.

You can create a menu, assign it to a menu position, add a header element into the page where you want the submenu to be showing, and then assign the menu position to the header. this workaround will get you to the submenu as you are seeing on that page.

I just checked the website you mentioned and saw that it’s using the latest version of the theme. (5.4.1 http://www.christianlifecenter.com/wp-content/themes/jupiter/style.css?ver=4.6.1)
I beleieve it would be better to ask the hosting to tell you the location of virus and then react based on their response.

You may create 5 columns each one 1/6 and set a 1/6 offset to the first column.

Or you can set the column to have 1/12 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/12 columns and don’t use the first and last columns.

It’s not a code fixing, it’s a workaround. All you have to do is to keep the row divided to 12, so 1/12 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/12 will actually work, you only need to set this as a custom column layout in the row settings.

Thanks guys. That work around doesn’t give you the full width I need so I hired a developer to help out. It’s a shame there’s not a simple way to do this, but I really appreciate your feedback.
