Hi, i have a question. I’m doing a one-page site and need to put a “start” link on my menu bar, that should scroll to the top of page. I can just put an id on my body tag, but the scroll wouldnt be “smooth” like the others anchors.
Is there a way to put an anchor to top of page and scroll smoothly like the others anchors to different sections ?

You could add anchor ID on some row and same anchor id should be in menu item. So, in this case, you could add desired ID for the first row on your page.

You should be able to change page titles to your liking by using some SEO plugin. You can try Yoast SEO for example.

Hi there, thanks but I do not mean the SEO title. On the site settings you have a ‘Title Section’ which has a title and a subtitle. This displays to the user at the top of the page

This is probably because you have set posts page from settings > reading. I just installed Pitch on my Mac Pro via MAMP to develop the site locally before uploading it to the live server; however, when I use the Select Options > Import feature (import type All with All Attachments), it shows 100% of import complete, but none of the files are actually imported. We cannot know what may cause this but often problem may be related to low PHP directives so try to increase these values: max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 256M;

We just checked demo import on our local testing environment and everything is working just fine so probably there is something related to server setup on your side. Maybe firewall is blocking connection to our demo server so demo content is not being loaded. You can only try to import demo content with WordPress importer plugin which is native way, and by selecting xml file from theme forest download folder / xml export / pitch-export.xml

Hi, I have tried to submit a ticket via Ticksy but this does not work. The issue as follows; I am using the Woo commerce plugin on your theme. After adding an item to the cart, I am unable to view the cart. There is no option within our theme to add particles. We do have that shortcode on our Startit theme, as you could see here http://startit.select-themes.com/particles-animation/ but it is not implemented in Pitch theme. It requires adding that library and whole code to handle it. So, there is no wasy way to add it in our Pitch theme

“The PHP ZipArchive extension is required to import .zip files.”

Hi, sorry to bother you again,
I’d like to make the logo bigger – although when I change the header height, it only changes the top padding of the header, and the logo stays constricted to 90px. Is still possible at all using custom css?
I had an initial issue where the logo was taking up the entire space of the header. An Envato support rep managed to sort it but now I can’t make the logo any bigger.
Also, I’d like to be able to submit a ticket, but I purchased the theme with Envato hosting so it’s not showing up as purchase. Is this possible to sort?

We implemented function that is making logo size double smaller than original size of image to insure good quality on retina devices. So, all you should do is to upload image that is double of size that you want to see in frontend. Hopefully this would be helpful.

Hello, We have this theme for a while now and I was gonna change something on a page. It was working fine until today (I haven’t touch the website since September so I don’t really know when the problem arrived), anyway, now we can’t modify pages because Visual Composer is not working at all. Is there a way to solve that issue? Maybe is it because of a Wordpress udpate? We have been really happy with this theme and I hope this will continue. Thank you for your help.

As you assumed, If WP core files recently have been updated on your installation to the version 4.5+, there is conflict with jQuery.
