The big grid will receive the id;s you want in the block but you cannot fix them in any spot of the big grid. it will show them in the sorting order you select from this filter: http://screencast.com/t/2OFuWcLKv You cannot place each post in the grid by manually and make it stay in the spot you want. The block sorting has no such capability. As for the second request, the latest articles pagination cannot be changed. There is no setting for it. You could switch to another page template like pagebuilder + page title or the default template and then create a block named latest articles and have it paginated with infinite load or your prefered pagination. As for the pagination color, you can use this css:

Yes. The latest articles element has a numbered pagination. You can use the element by changing the page template to a pagebuilder + latest articles page template on page edit like so: http://screencast.com/t/UqR2XQP6 Then you will have a numbered pagination for that element. I thought you wanted to get rid of the numbered pagination as you did not provide enough details in your request.

Cart ICON in header, why is it still not there we have asked for it for many months and many people have requested it.

Please consider that we have many requests and we have to pick carefully what we implement in our theme. Unfortunately we cannot fill every request and we cannot bulk our theme with too many options as it will get very “heavy” on page speed.

Hello! I want to create a travel blog for myself. Do you recommend me to buy this theme to use it for only personal blog? or should I buy some small theme which was designed for travel blog in particular? Because this theme looks really good but also looks a big theme. Do all those features make my blog slower?

This depends on whether you use ALL of the options or not. We recommend our theme for a personal blog as it will not slow down your site depending on the theme and how “big” it is. The code quality and your hosting determine the page speed mostly. There is optimization to be made regarding page speed but we have a guide on that found here: http://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ but in general, if your hosting can handle the requirements for newspaper: http://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/, and you use these 2 guides: http://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and http://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, your page speed should be pretty decent. It depends a lot on the host though. This wil limpact page speed on any theme. If the host is slow, then the theme can do little about that.

Unfortunately there is no simple way of doing it. The theme was built in such a away that the background container makes the site go into boxed mode. Otherwise the container is missing so you cannot add a background besides the content. There will be no second contionaer to hold the background. The whole white area will be one big container, so there can only be a background that will also fill the area behind the post content like so: http://screencast.com/t/2vcXf3ql4ZT4
If there is no boxed content, there cannot be a proper background.

Unfortunately the color from the category will not be shown on the blocks. This was a decision made by our designers in order not to have too many colors on the homepage. We needed to keep a general style to the theme so the element never received the functionality to grab the category color. I will add this to our suggestion list and maybe in a future version we will be able to provide such an option.

Hello. I have updated the theme through the Envato Market plugin but for some reason the Visual Composer does not update with it.
Shouldn’t the plugin update along with the theme as it was packaged with it?

It looks like visual composer is up to 5.0 but the theme is only one 4.12.

We have not included visual composer 5 yet as when we released the update, version 5 of the plugin was not available so it was impossible for us to provide it. The update came out after we updated the theme. We will include the plugin update in the next theme update. The visual composer plugin will not update automatically though. Well that is the guide you should use, yes. The guide describes the process of improving your page speed but you will need a bit of knowledge to do it. The guide provides a few general examples. The examples will not apply to each site in particular as it depends heavily on the hosting that you use. For the render-blocking js and css please use the tagdiv.speedbooster but you will have to check if it has not been disabled by an incompatible plugin. Question. Is this theme compatible with wp-discuz wordpress plugin? Can the auto responsive ads be turn off and by user? Can I use Ezoic on this theme?

The plugin you mention is not tested with our theme so i cannot say for sure. We have seen people use disqus with our theme but I cannot say for sure about Ezoic though. We have not tested the platform. The ads cannot be turned on or off by users. Our theme does not have any such functionality.

PRE-sale Question: I have a newspaper, and I need the page to only show the news of the day, the page of the newspaper is updated daily. Is it possible to display only the news posts of today?

Thank you for your interest in our theme. There is a sorting option that will allow block to only show the post of the day. But this is a random sorting option. I figured out how to install the theme Via FTP Filezilla & Cpanel. But it still doesn’t install with the Wordpress theme installer like the other versions of the Newspaper theme.

Please try to re-install wordpress as that is a wordpress issue, not a theme related issue. Check the error path: it mentions wp-includes. The theme is in the wp-content folder. The wp includes folder is a wordpress folder. Please try to switch to a wp default theme and test to see if you still get the error. If you do, then you will have to search for a solution on the wp forums https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fatal-error-call-to-undefined-function-wp_removable_query_args-in-homeconte/ or try to reinstall wp. If the error only comes up on our theme, then please contact us via email and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can investigate.

HI, How do I remove the default tagdiv social counter accounts and add my own accounts. I tried from the Appearance > Widgets option to set my own accounts but the defual tagdiv accounts still shows after saving it.

The social counter plugin cannot be set from one place to affect all instances of the plugin. You have to edit each widget you add on your site. But events have their own categories, any idea as to how i select these? Newspaper only shows the option for post categories.
Hello, Unfortunately the event is a custom post type that has a custom taxonomy. Our theme modules and blocks were built to show the standard WP taxonomy. The blocks will work with custom post types, but you cannot filter theme by a custom taxonomy.
