Yes for sure you have a bunch of animations and you can also set the time and delay, please check the options at the very bottom of this page: https://undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/posts-galleries-blocks/
Even if this is possible (I don’t know this specific plugin) I really want tell you and suggest to NOT use plugins to modify the menu area since this is very sensitive.

Hi! Great, great theme guys! Two questions, if I may:
1. In the content block (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=uncodeblock) -> Header | Shop | Grid -> Edit -> Row Settings -> Aspects, the height slider works only for a certain (quite big) percentage and up. I mean, if I put it in eg 30%, the height remains to a minimun, about 50%. If I put it in eg 70%, it does grow bigger.
2. I cannot sort the products order in https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/shop-metro/ I’ve tried the “sort tab”, doesn’t work (by the way, how can order a product higher than another if it’s another page?), I tried to change the publish date, nothing.
Any ideas?

Hi vangelisorfas and sorry for delay!
1. The contents have precedence above the height settings, so if something inside push the height the 30% is not respected for sure. Contents are more important. There are also other few settings that can interfere, like the padding of the row, of the column and the min-height setting. Anyway if this doesn’t help we can have a check for you.
2. You can do this by the query options of the module ( https://undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/posts-galleries-general/ ) or from the Single Block tab (https://undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/posts-galleries-single-block/).

I would like to ask you for a possible issue I´ve just discover in my site. I don´t know if it´s exactly for the new WP or Firefox version, but in this browser my body text is shown as bold style. This issue only happens in Firefox.

Maybe I’m wring but there are some Google Fonts that are not properly rendered in Firefox only if you have them also installed in your computer. One of this font is Poppins (the one used in Uncode for the headings), please check this: https://github.com/google/fonts/issues/89

Hello, Pre-sale question/bug report here. So we are currently running BeTheme on our production site, a friend of mine referred me to your theme and we are interested in buying it. With our business we have very specific requirements for our woocommerce product pages, we have to have customers submit URL links to us with their orders. So my friend made a dummy wordpress installation on his server for us to test the theme, we were installing and testing our plugins we use. We’ve purchased this plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-custom-fields-product-addons/11332742?s_rank=7, which we are currently using with BeTheme and it is not compatible with your theme so it seems. If you add a text field to the woocommerce product page and set it as a required field, when you enter a link and submit it, it says, “This is a required field.” and won’t let you proceed even though text is entered. If you remove the required field option, it will let you submit the url and proceed, but it doesn’t keep the submitted meta with the order. We thought maybe it was just that plugin, so we installed WC Field Factory which is a free plugin and it does the same thing as our purchased plugin and it has the same issue with your theme as well. If this could be fixed we’d be more than happy to purchase your theme. Thanks for your time.

On portfolio post, how do you add/edit “Services”? “Years”? I type those details on custom fields, but nothing show up, only the excerpt and social media share icon.

Thank you, but that was the first setting I modify without any results. By the way, I don’t understand that width setting, because “portfolio classic” is set to “4/12” and shows 3 columns. On the other hand, “blog masonry” is set to “2/12” and shows 4 columns. I don’t understand it at all.
Hi marianogi! The division is based on 12 so 4/12 + 4/12 + 4/12 give you 3 columns simply. If it seems don’t works can be that you have applied the responsive breakpoint settings, so can happen if that your container is inside one of the breakpoint the responsive setting take precedence: https://undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/posts-galleries-module/#2882/7

1. License don’t expire, you have 6 months of free support (if you don’t extend it) and you can use a license in a single domain but there is not a n expiration.
2. As for Envato policy you can use a single theme license only in a single domain, you can install multiple times in the same domain but not on different (this is the same for every themes).
3. Yes these are just options, as you can from our demo we have all the styles under the same site.
4. No sorry but you can use the native Google multiple location maps (there are also lots of plugins).
5. Same as above

Ok. But now when I try to type in any default-related categories from the Metro Blog page (culture, lifestyle, etc) in the “Build Query Index” section (Post Settings) the names don’t show up for selection. They keep loading and loading. What should I do?

Okay, i’m a little frustrated but Ive submitted a ticket. All my sys values surpass significantly the minimum requirements.
If it’s not about extra plugins can be only related to server performances, this works just fine for everyone (after 14.000 installations it’s not about a code issue). Ok we’ll check details on forum!
The problem was something a lot simpler. One (or at least in my case) had to choose “update” when accessing any of the default posts(the ones that already come categorized upon installation) in order to make the assigned category count. Your template is magnificent, no questions. And that copliment comes from someone who had used Jupiter, Ronneby, Friday, Be, etc for a long time. Although I have yet to compare speed, yours is, by far, the most clean and elegant. I just love it. Great job!

Well its pretty simple I guess. If I go into the theme info page i see sv_SE as language. But for post pages for example, there is still IN and BY for author. If it says sv_SE in info, is it that the language running?

Hi Uncode
Great theme. When you do anything in the Uncode admin menu. It refreshes the page and pushes the screen down so you can’t see the encode menu again. Every time I scroll up it throws the screen back down the page again. I then have to click on another menu to get it back to normal so I can scroll up to the encode menu and use it again. Then it happens again when I save anything or import anything on the encode menu. I’m using safari.

Hi, great theme. But I have a problem with VC. Height of the row is set to ‘full’, that’s what I want. I have a column in this row with a different background color, the height is expanded to 100% and the vertical position of content is set to ‘middle’, but still the content is positioned to the top. Only if i remove the ‘expand height to 100%’, the content goes to the middle, but then the background color is only behind this specific content, not the entire column. I don’t get how to achieve this simple thing and it’s taking up too much of my time

Uncode is awesome, but Visual Composer is really not the best choice. Thrive Content Builder is much more powerful and easier to use. Please make it more compatible with uncode !

I can understand your point of view but when a theme is based on a page builder (Uncode is advertised with Visual Composer) you cannot aspect to use another page builder, this is the same for Uncode and the same for any other themes. It’s something you have a gasoline car and you want to use diesel. I hope this make sense. I’m sorry to see that you have express a sever rate about Uncode (that you say is awesome) based on a secondary page builder plugin compatibility. I hope to have a feedback from you.
The page builder is the heart of a WordPress theme. If you can use a better Content Builder, why should we stick with a tool that is heavy and painful to use? Uncode is really awesome and very flexible, but Visual Composer makes it painful to use… which explains my review. If no one underlines this, nothing will change. As soon as Visual Composer will become as fun to use as Thrive Content Builder, I will edit with pleasure my review. Thanks for your understanding and for your quick answer. I really appreciate.
Understand your point but it’s really strange receive a rate for a page builder compatibility… I think you can rate a theme that is based on Thirve if there are some issues with the plugin not a theme based on VC. After years in the business it’s really the first time we receive a complaint like this (please understand also our pow). At least we expect Thrive interested users ask us about compatibility or report the problems asking for a possibile fix, instead rate the product first and rate the theme without wait a reply form the team. Anyway I have replied on our support.
