Im working on a new project and I have a problem concerning my photo slider. Above the slider is a small white div called theme-content. I don’t want to show this but I dont know how to do this.
I already checked a box at Jupiter Page Options -> Manage page elements -> Remove page title. This helps a little bit but there is still a little part of whitespace above my slider.

I have updated to the latest version of the theme but I do not find where to set the style for the header (18 predefined) I do not know where they are?

They are located in Jupiter -> Theme Options -> General -> Header and also Jupiter -> Theme Options -> Styling -> Main Navigation and Header. Playing with the options will give you even more than 18 styles.

What a great disappointment! On my server perform an additional fresh install of wordpress and download once again the thema, when installing it without any plug and no screen whatsoever when verifying do not exit the 18 predefined header. They are not shown by any side. I feel very frustrated by the lack of solution and also because I see with much regret that the user is not considered … they only see the possibility of charging a support that comes out more expensive than the own theme really disappointing.

Sorry for the inconvenience, as I said already, it’s located in Jupiter -> Theme Options -> General -> Header. This is where you should choose your header style. Please check the screenshot below:

1) Can I buy Visual composer add ons and will they work within Jupiter? 2) Is there a way with VC to hide parts of a site – for example some text or pictures which I don’t want to delete because I will need it again on the same place?

1 – No all the add-ons, especially Ultimate Addons. Artbees Modified version of the VC is presenting many shortcodes which exist on other add-ons, so please double check the requirement for your website before trying to install an add-on.
2 – Yes, disable them. It’s easy, just disable it through the Visual Composer options of that element or the container of that element.

I know my support is expired. But got a stupid question – I’ve done an update of the theme. WP tells me that there will be an update for WPBakery Visual Composer (Artbees Modified Version) (to V5) but it doesn’t work to download :/
Do I something wrong, or is that normal?

Please ignore that message for now. we need to release and update for the VC plugin since we use the Artbees Modified Version of it, but it will be out with Jupiter 5.6 which will have a lot of cool features in a month. Please stay tuned.

I’m interested in Jupiter, but I have the following doubt!
It is possible to customize the theme, to insert in the home page, inside the article, in the sidebar, finally, where it is convenient, put a box to capture leads ???
I noticed that in the elements area, there are several models of contact forms, is it possible to insert as I mentioned above?
Another question is: are there only 2 models of article pages for blog? One with sidebar and another without, are you forecast to have more models?

Actually, anything is possible, you only need to learn how to work with Jupiter. Then you will see that putting a box for any purpose in any position is as easy as drag and drop using the Visual Composer plugin.
And of course, our support staffs will help you get every support you need while developing your website.
For the blog posts, there are two models of the single post templates: Traditional and Compact, Clear and bold.
It’s up to you to how to use them with a sidebar or without a sidebar.
But for the archive loops, we have 7 loop styles for the blog.
And of course, if a design needed, there is a forum to ask them as a feature request. And also, the Artbees Care, which is a premium service, but exclusive one to prepare the desired design for you.

I have a very quick question. Is there a way to add transparency to the ‘content box’ shortcode as seen at the top of this test page http://www.web-design-hosting-surrey.co.uk/cowley-commercial/header-test/ – underneath I have tested it with a graphic to get the the effect I want but really I would like to use the ‘content box’ shortcode instead, if that’s possible. I can’t send a ticket because my support has run out, so I am just looking for a bit of advice. Hope you can help, thanks.

You can choose the opacity of each color you use in Jupiter, Just set the background Alpha to something like 40%.
By the way, I believe that content box you are using is from Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer which I don’t recommend it since this plugin has some incompatibility issues.

i’m considering buying your Jupiter theme and i have a question: My client may want a vertical navigation as the main menu (instead of a more common horizontal header). I see that you already have some templates with a vertical menu like Tinia, Fortuna, Thelxinoe, Autonoe etc. The question is, if i prefer another of your templates which has a horizontal menu, but would still want the menu to be vertical, 1) is that posible ? 2) is that easily made in the backend, or does it need a php kind of tweak ? 3) in other words, is the usage of a vertical menu independent of the template ? 4) am i obliged to use a template ?

Yes, you can choose another menu in every template you want. It’s all up to you. Templates are just demo contents of what Jupiter can build. So everything is configurable through backend.

Hi, I’m a long time user of your theme, but I can’t remember if there is a way through Theme Options to customize what menu items are displayed in the mobile navigation. Also, is there a way to change the functionality from a dropdown to side dashboard on mobile?

Hi Artbees. Whenever I hover over my primary navigation to see the sub-menu items, there seems to be a delay in time (transition perhaps?). Can you please tell me if there’s a setting I can shut this off, or CSS to disable this delay. Thank you!

One question: when visiting a website in mobile responsive mode) and when the menu is - Home - Custom link (#) - -> page 1 - – > page 2
when clicking on Custom Link (and not on the arrow on the right) it won’t open up the submenu showing page 1 and 2.
this is a big problem. How can it be solved?

Well don’t you agree with me that for a user it is pretty confusing? He will click and the menu will close.
It’s an UX design bug, and pretty big i believe.

Yes, Visual Composer is latest as you mentioned, but the more concerning part is the error I posted: This shows up on the wordpress Updates page. Also, it looked like there was a Jupiter update recently, but it just went away last night. It is showing that there is an update for Jupiter. Next to the theme update option it says “You have version 5.4.1 installed. Update to .” Notice it says “Update to.” It doesn’t list the version it is updating to. When I try to update it, the update fails.

Hi there! Nice theme for sure. But I´m wondering if i buy my own Visual Composer license for this theme. Whether will work with the theme or not? or the modifications done by you in the plugin are neccesary to make it work properly on the theme… Thanks a mill in advance!

The theme will only work with Visual Composer (Artbees Modified Version) which comes bundled with the theme and is free of charge. So It has actually the functionality of Visual Composer, but it will have more shortcodes so you be able to use it however you want. Please note that it does not have a Front End editor.
