Hi guys, I need your help.
I have a single page, with a “Services” section. In this section i have multiple “Expandable” rows. When I click on a row and another row is already expanded, the expanded one should close. In other words only one expandable row should be opened at the time.
How I can achieve this?

Dynamic files will be loaded when file permissions are not sufficient for writing of static files. Try to set file permissions according to WordPress codex https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions and test this again. Also check with your host if maybe some security script is blocking execution and saving of static files within theme folder / css and theme folder / js.

You can add link with HTML code or you can use raw shortcodes. Simply, create desired element on some testing page with visual composer, then from text editng mode copy raw shortcode and paste it to Header bottom right widget area text widget http://screencast.com/t/M12oO5tag . Hello, I know my support has run out but I was wondering if you could please help me a little
I am using the Blog Compound setup with a 1/4 sidebar. I wanted to know what would be the best way to go about making the entire page width (excluding the menu) thinner to, lets say 800px wide whilst still keeping it responsive.
Is there a way this could be done in the settings or will I have to edit the CSS/HTML?

Such an option does not exist within the theme, and smallest widget which can be choosen from Qode options > general is 1100px http://screencast.com/t/bYKcumkZ . Only way to achieve this would be with some custom css code, but note that this will require some custom coding.

Menu link can be customized with some cutom css code and for assitence on this, you have to contact our support by submitting a ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com . But we would like to suggest you that instead of customizing a button, you can generate button shortcode on some testing apge and then copy raw shortcode from that page and paste it to one of header widget areas texst widget. Most oftenly it is header bottom widget area. You can see example in some of our demos, like these ones:

Hello, I am very interested in the theme, but I have some questions before buying it. Till now I tried to run my web shop via magento platform but since its not very user friendly when it comes to customization, I am about to switch it for wordpress. But I would like to ask if the woocomerce plug in is included in the package? I also would like to know if all 200 + demos come with the package or I have to choose 1 and pay only for it. And last I am interested if I only pay for the template, can I use customer customer or I have to pay additionally for it?

1. WooCommerce is supported by the plugin, and plugin is free so it it is not bundled with the theme, simply becaue you can install it from WordPress back end of manually from this link https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/
2. You are only purchasing the theme and all theme demos represent different content and you can import any theme demo at any time with Qode import option, but note that importing another demo will override previous one. 3. Not quite clear, but if you are asking about license for the theme, each installation (WordPress installation) requires separate license. For example if you install the theme on another domain or subdomain you create a new instance. On the homepage slider when I active two slide the button 1 doesn’t work, its link to #qode-homepage.slider.
However when I active only one slide it’s works.

Only one Qode slider can be used per page, and it have to be added from Slider shortcode field like desribed in the theme documentataion http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/8-qode-slider/8-6-using-the-slider/8-6-3-basic-usage/
In case that you wan to have multiple sliders on a page, consider using one of bundeld slider plugins – Slider Revolution or Layer Slider.

Hi, I am realy happy with the theme and its flexibility I can’t manage one thing though. Could you let me know how to disable parallax effect on Qode slides? I saw instructions with parallax effect checkboc but I am afraid it’s no longer there and the interface looks different. THanks!

We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer, Layer Slider and Slider Revolution), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.

My webhost informs me that my Bridge theme is corrupted. In the error log, they point out the following: ‘PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM’ in ’/bridge/framework/lib/qode.layout.php on line 2738’

We are not familiar with such an issue, and this sounds like a plugin conflict. Maybe you can try standard debugging procedure in these situations. Try disabling all 3rd party plugins one by one and test every time in order to identify the culptit. Also, make sure that you are using latest theme and plugins versions on your WordPress installation. Yes, Visual Composer is required plugin and it can work on posts too, but you are probably referring to excerpts on blog list. Excerpt for blog list or portfolio list can’t read shortcodes and because of that we implemented Excerpt field for each blog single, portfolio single, page etc. You just need to go in your back-end Posts -> Each post -> And below text editor or visual composer, you can find Excerpt field, just add here what ever you want to display for that post on blog list.

Header top area is designed so it can hold some additional header items like socil icons, shorter text like telephone or email or maybe language switcher for example. Because of that we didn’t implement header top height field so you can’t change it unfrotauntely. This, however, is achievable for some cases with some custom css code, and our support can provide you with that code but you need to contact them by submitting a tikcet at https://qode.ticksy.com and our support will gladly assist. Hi there. Thanks for Bridge, it is amazing! I have the same set of CSS animations on all the rows on my site (left images appear from left, right image appear from right as you scroll down) but the first and second row seem to trigger at the same time, which makes its seem as though the animations are not happening at all in the second row when I scroll down. CSS animations will be triggered on scroll, but since you are using full screen sections there is no real scroll on the page, and probably this can cause strange behavior. In built script is switching sections when it detects scroll behavior and sections are replaced. Because of this some animations probably may not be triggered at propper time or element will be disaplyed earlier, so you shouldn’t use animations when full scree sections are used. Another thing which we notticed is that you should try to install Visual Composer which is bundled with the theme, since there also may be some issues since lates VC inducted animations and some other features, and our developers are prepearing an update which will contain latest Visual Composer.

I forgot to mention that I get the same issue on this website: http://adora.co.za/ the first row under the slider animates before you scroll down. I had to put a long delay to counter it. If you stay on the slider too long and then scroll down, it seems as if the row under the slider contains no CSS animation. This site does not use Full Screen sections.

Yeah I have a 2000ms delay on it. If you stay on the slider for 5 seconds without moving down, you will see that the animation would have played already when you do move down after waiting.

Indeed, animation is triggered if we wait for some time. This can be related to loading. Because slider container is initially smaller, and it becomes taller when image loads, bet before that point scroll is already detected and animation is triggered. Maybe you can try to optimize site speed a bit with some caching plugin, and also try to optimize images.

You cannot reorder these elements, but you can add additional sidebar items according to your needs http://screencast.com/t/xvdvzo5blrJ1 and if you don’t want to show date, you can simply remove date from the date field. Categories on the other hand will be present all the time since portfolios have to be assigned to some category but it can be hidden with some custom css code if needed.
