Good morning
I just bought the theme avada, how do I translate it into the language in Italian because I see that the files are present? where should I put the three files (avada, fusion and fusion core builder) via ftp using filezilla?

I have installed the theme. But I couldn’t get a token number to validate. When I click the link the Generate a personal token. It always direct you to another site. Could you please help me to fix it asap? Thanks.

Should never happen unless some specific plugin is causing this issue, please try and disable all your 3rd party plugins and check again, also you can run a diagnostic test online to see which factor is contributing towards slowness of your site such as this one : https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

How to setup front end 1 language and back end another language? Do i need to buy WPML plugin ? or Avada build-in translate already ?Thanks

It depends on which language you want to set on front end and back end, if you only want the front end to translate to another language and want to keep the back end to English you can directly use translation we provide with our complete package, you may need to translate some strings on your own for this.

However if you are looking to add 2 or more languages to the theme at same time (multi language) you will need to use WPML for that.

Hi Ammar,
Asking about language, can i do like this, go to back-end then create header, menu, page content and footer in my language ( only 1 language) then go to website visit site then see my language, it meant front-end my language and back-end still english, is that the right way to do it?

Hello there,
I just want to report some minor error caused by the new update 5.0.5.
I’m using the part on a website Im building and I notice the error on the page and also checked your demo and has placement issue.
If you could take a look on your Demo – Agency – Service page. There are 4 of 1/4 containers blue, brown, and green and I think it was orange with text block. Those 4 section used to be horizontally aligned but with the new update, it changed some settings that those columns are no longer aligned.
It would be great if you could provide a solution to fix the issue or provide a patch.

Thanks for reporting this, however its not a bug but just a las class issue as its wrongly assigned to the 2nd column somehow we will look into this ASAP and will fix it out there however it should not happen at all for you if you are using one-third or any other columns in your theme.

Thank you very much for you quick response as always.
Im glad to see it is not a big issue to fix as I can see the Demo site is already fixed the issue, However, I’m using 4 of 1/4 columns (imported the demo page and added and changed the container columns from “3×1/3” to “4×1/4”) that the issue has not been solved on my side.
I assume I need to submit a ticket to solve the issue instead of requesting the solution how your team fixed the demo page issue on here…

On my page header I have it set to have a tagline. But It will not use the tagline I set in WP settings>general. It just keeps saying on my page “Insert Tagline Here”, is this a bug? how to i get it to respect the tagline I typed in?

Hmm, that should be there for you as long as you’re using a header version that displays the header content 3 area on the frontend.
Make sure that you’re setting the header to “top” and using header 4 to display the content 3 area.

How come I cannot log into my support side on your site? What I having trouble with is showing the background image for each container on the site administrator side of the page while editing. I have set up a grid of rectangular images on my site (www.thefunbooth.com), however I cannot see what section is what without having a live preview of the site up. When it comes to my actual coded activities I have placed an image asset between code blocks and created the lift from the animation on the container…Issue is that the home page is compiled of empty containers that link to another page, and the containers appear empty on backend with the image uploaded in the container background. These images lift up the way I want this way, but when I drag an image frame into the container and try to do the same thing it does not work…any ideas? Also, how can I reset my password? I already requested to reset password, but I have not recieved an email.

My website has pages using the recent works shortcode. Many times, the entire page is loaded, but the thumbnails for the portfolio entries never show up, or take a very long time to show up. While waiting for the thumbnails to show, I can move my cursor around in the area where they should be and the cursor changes to indicate there is a clickable link there, even though there is nothing visible. If I click my mouse on the area, it takes me to a page that just shows the image that the thumbnail is supposed to link to.
It seems like something is getting hung up somewhere…..the images seem to be loaded, just not visible. When I hit the refresh button, the images seem to show up immediately upon reload.

Why are H1 tags automatically turned off? Doesnt make much sense considering it os a highly important element for a page. How does one turn them on sitewide?

They are not turned OFF at all, we use H1 for our Page Title Bar actually which you can enable from Theme Options or Fusion Page Options, however we use H2 for post titles because page title bar is already using H1.
we are looking to make a change where if a user disabled PTB the H1 are used for post titles instead but its in discussion at the moment.

Hi, why can’t the parent theme be renamed to disguise that a website is made with Avada? In theory tit can but then it adds problems to updating manually as a nag screen constantly appears. Not a perfect solution when you want to use it for a client site. Good for a personal site though.

You can do that using child theme actually, however white labeling the parent theme is not an easy option and will require you to make a good amount of edits, we are continuously listening to our customers however and we will appreciate if you can please send us a feature request to support@theme-fusion.com about this.

Hello. Sitemap/images problem: If I insert an image via fusion builder inside a IMAGE BLOCK I can’t see that images counted on the sitemap. Instead, if I insert that image inside TEXT BLOCK I can see the image in the sitemap. Why?

Can Avada export page layouts with all customizations like element settings, custom css etc. like Divi does, so that someone else could import the page into their site? Or export the library or library items for someone else to import on another site? I can import your demos or pages from your demos, can I export my own demos for someone else to import the whole thing or pages from it?

Hey. Last time when i logged into one of my pages I updated it to 5.0.2. But when im logging in again now to update to 5.0.5, i cant access add plugins or update plugins and when i try to go into Theme options i get “Sorry you dont have access to this page”. I get the same error msg when i try to update the newest Fusion core. Any idea what can be wrong?

This can happen due to many reasons, have you tried disabling all your 3rd party plugins and see if one of them is causing this issue? Nothing inside the theme can cause this for sure however, try renaming your plugins folder via FTP and see if that works please, however in any case if you are unable to work this out please do open a new ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Just upgraded and revolution slider no longer displays. Developer console shows these errors:

This looks like a broken installation to me, Revolution slider has no issues with our latest version of theme. Can you please try and reinstall the plugin using FTP method please?

You can assign filters using the woocommerce widget into a sidebar and then assign that sidebar to the category page, however those dropdown filters you see are only available for the main shop page that you set from WooCommerce settings and can not be applied to the category / archive pages as per default WooCommerce behaviour.

You can use the same license, however do make sure that 1 license is active for 1 live / publicly accessible site only and not more than that.
