Hello is the theme allow use multi business same time, i want create woocommerce for sale stuff in studio, also service wedding, and also agency for vendor. I can see them on my desktop screen, but it will hide in mobile screens. Is that the issue? Do you want to keep them showing on all the devices?

It’s very annoying to find out that there is a problem with your customized Visual Composer version, and that there is nothing to do about it.
I’m struggling with this issue for long time and I don’t see a solution in the near future.
I have to solve this issure otherwise I need to change the theme.

About the updating issue, it will be solved soon. Please ignore the update message for now if you have version 4.12.2.
For the issue within that link, may I ask you to use post excerpt option for each post? This way it won’t show the CSS or any code inside the loop. You just need to fill out the Post Excerpt for each post.

I want to stop scrolling of edge slider and want to use only one slide is it possible.. as in tutorial videos it shows the open but in actual admin panel that open to stop scrolling in not available..

If you want to use only one slider in the Slider, I recommend using a page section with a cover background and full height option enabled. This way the scrolling option is disabled by default and you will have some cool options for layouting the top view.
Otherwise, please open a ticket in support desk and let our support staffs investigate the issue on your website, as it should be seen to find out what is going wrong there.

I have Switched Transparent header on and set Transparent Header Skin to light but still menu is coming in dark black color and also if i am trying to put header color its not showing up it only show when i scroll and header becomes small.. Sticky header is also on.. plz suggest what to do..

We have not tested this plugin since it requires a WHMCS installed somewhere else, but as it’s a bridge plugin, there shouldn’t be many things related to the views. So, it probably is compatible, unless there is so much things to show to the user with this plugin, and this too, needs to be tested.

1) I paid for an template which give me an blank page and no possibility to login. No problem, with host because I’ve got more Jupiter installations at the same host. These are without problems. Maybe the new version of Jupiter (5) gives troubles??
2) I paid for support which only give reactions like: “please make an new ticket”, “please send your login details”. I made a lot of tickets and I sent different times the login details. Between al this ‘empty’ reactions I’m waiting for nothing.
Please guys, when can I expect an real solution?

Yes, it is possible, but requires some code modifications which is out of the support scope.
You should write a JS function that triggers at scroll event and checks when the user scrolls to the desired height, change the position of that header element.

how to update to VC 5.0? I’ve tried in plugins, says the url is wrong. I deactivated it and went to appearance/plugins and it says the only one available is 4.12.2

Hi, I made some days ago an ticket and I put different suggestions for my issue But I’m still waiting for an solution.
Website is going off after publising (blank page). Also backend is off, so I’ve to rename the theme folder and set back in the standard theme.
As test I tried an fresh Jupiter installation at an subdomain. It works perfect, so there a no host problems.
If I export the theme settings of the main domain and import this in the test subdomain, I’ve got also their same problems.
When I restore theme defaults on the test page, problem is solved. So it looks like there is an bug in the theme settings.

Hi, I just bought Visual Composer separately because it updated to version 5.0.1 and once after deleting your visual composer and installed and activated my visual composer, everything stopped working. Can you tell me the procedure to make it work, please? Thank you.

You should avoid using the Original version of Visual Composer. VC comes bundled with the theme and is free of charge, but it’s a modified version of it and is compatible with the theme, so changing it to the original version will cause such issues.
We will update the VC to 5.x soon, but please use 4.12.2 of Visual Composer (Artbees Modified Version) for now.

The Edge Slider uses adaptive resolution technology, which will resize the images automatically based on the browser width. Also, it uses background cover size, which will cause that cutting edges.
So everything is based on the browser width and slider height. But we used 1920×1200 image sizes in our demos, which seems to be one of the best sizes for all size of screens.
