Hi – When using angled sections in rows – some seem to show up on mobile /tablet view and some on another page do not – is there a reason for this?

Actually – i just noticed it only seems to not work when you have an image gallery with an angle row below showing the bottom of the image gallery (so a row below the image gallery with angle ON TOP only).... the angle section does not show on mobile or tablet

Hi Qode – could you add to the list of ‘nice to have features’ the ability to choose different QSliders for desktop, tablet and mobile?
This would be really helpful as often trying to find an image to work across each size screen is difficult, not least by the fact you are typically going from landscape to portrait with mobile….
I know you could do a work around with a layer sliders or similar but i’m using the sliders as they have scroll to arrows.

For example: Top menu Create 1 page – Our Sevice then in this page we have child pages – service 1, service 2, service 3, service 4 and then when people click Our service or 1 child page then all child pages display left side called side navigation

Unfortunately there is no option for having both top and side menu navigation, so you can have only one, and in order to use left menu (side menu) you can enable it from Qode options > Header http://screencast.com/t/Tzyz6fFWgL . Example can be seen i this demo http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge2 – basically original demo with left navigation option enabled. Regarding displaying all sub pages when you access on of your menu items, unfortunately, there is no such option, and you will have to search for some plugin in order to achieve that. Yes, that is the second part from our answer above. You have to use some child pages plugin. You have to place it inside one of widget areas and it should display child pages. Although we didn’t test such a plugin but since it is pure PHP functionality, and if it is coded correctly such a plugin should work just fine. In case that you want to place it within content area, you can add widget over widgetized sidebar visual composer element.

You don’t need plugin in order to set blog permalinks. This is default WordPress functionality. Simply you have to set pretty permalinks https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks and then edit your blog page, and change its slug to your liking. In case that you want something different, you can use YOAST seo plugin for example https://yoast.com/wordpress-seo/ which will offer you additional options for setting WordPress permalinks.

Our google map element can only show regular map, and user cannot switch to satellite or street view, but if you want to embed google map like you are seeing it on google maps website, you can simply go to share and embed map, and then paste the code to RAW HTML element on your page.

Probably we will release additional blog page templates in the future, but we cannot know if particualr functionlaity will be integrated as an option. This is up to our product manager to decide. Currently in order to achieve this options are to change postion with custom css code which depends on page template or to change order within template files. i have the latest Bridge v10.1 and Visual Composer v5.0.1 yet on my home page visual composer appear for only 90% of the rows and elements, the very bottom row only shows the container on the left, and the additional rows are missing – yet the info is there as it appears on the live page.

I keep having issues with Google Maps and this isn’t my first website. I’ve tried with keys that are not even domain restricted over and over again and it still does not work.
I even removed the map from displaying on any page at all and yet I am still getting the console error saying that I have no API key or that my api key is wrong.

To be clear, I am not even using Google maps on my website at all so my best guess here is that the theme is FORCING google maps script regardless of the page having a map and where there isn’t a map, it is throwing a JS error.
Would you mind having a look, maybe you can make the Google Maps script only load if there is an actual map on the page.
Looking at your demo, you seem to have the exact same issue: http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge/ so this is probably a bug in the theme. If you load your demo and look at the console you will see it warns you / errors about the google maps api key.

MAP key field is integrated within the theme, and you have to generate the key and to paste it within that field which can be found from Qode options > General. It really bothers me when theme authors do not properly read nor address clearly laid out questions… I am going to go ahead and open a ticket but this is (as showcased by your demo) a bug that you need to acknowledge and address.

Some demos especially earlier ones are using previous theme versions, and this is the case with original demo, so that demo does not have map api key field and that is simply because it wasn’t required by google at that time.

Ok, if that is the case then, here is the same demo that I am using on my server and it also shows THE EXACT SAME ERROR:
http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge7/In any case I did open a ticket about this but I am sure others will likely have the same issue. This is a theme bug. The google maps script should not be loaded ALWAYS but only when there is an actual google map on the page.
There is no google map on that demo homepage (nor anywhere on my entire website) so the google maps script shouldn’t be loading.

Sam as above, that demo is on older version of Bridge and it does not have map API key field. Other users do not have this issue, so probably you didn’t register your key correctly.

I can’t think of a way to do the key wrong and this is not my first rodeo. I have done this for over 50 other websites already so I am confident it is correct.
