The Jupiter theme is currently discounted and I noticed in a previous comment you stated that if you have more than 5 licenses, support is lifetime with quicker response time by support.
Need to clarification…if I purchase 5 licenses, does this give me lifetime support and quicker response time? Or do I have to buy more than 5 licenses? Thank you for your time.

Please check the header settings from Jupiter -> Theme Options -> General -> Header and change the header style, then drop a menu to the sidebar position from Appearance -> Menu.

I have a problem with blog page style. When i use the thumbnail page style without choosing any “standard blog page” in WP read settings it works just fine. But if i set the “standard blog page” to the thumbnail style blog page. It auto-reverts back to the normal classic/modern style.
Why is that? Can you help me fix it?

Fresh installed Jupiter Theme and the theme bundled visual composer. Since the bundled visual composer are outdated(4.12), I have uninstalled the bundled one and purchased and installed latest visual composer with Separate License. The problem is, when I enabled the visual composer display a number of lines error code on my admin panel as following:

You should avoid using the original version of the Visual Composer. Please only use Visual Composer (Artbees Modified Version) which is free of charge and comes bundled with the theme. We will update it to version 5 in less than a month along with many cool new features of Jupiter. But for now, please avoid updating it to 5.x.

Okay, but should I active the VC license? Is there any mainly different of VC regarding functionality between an active and de-active version? Also, I can’t see the front-end editor in my EDIT pages(looking like missing, only classic mode), is this common? My WordPress were up-to-date and almost fresh installed.
Update: I tried the twenty-sixteen theme; the visual composer does recover. It looks like the front-end editor does not work(disappear from edit page) with Jupiter

Yes, the Artbees modified version is having more than 40 useful shortcodes and also the front end editor is not capable of taking action in it. Sorry for that. You don’t need to activate any license for the Modified Version.

Hi! I built a site with Jupiter 5. But sometimes some images appears distorted. Like this: http://www.naus.vet.br/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/thumbnail_pagina-home.jpg This image was meant to be round, not oval (I used visual composer > circle images). It is intermittent, and only occurs in desktop. Do you know why this is happening?

It is possible that some steps of the workaround that should have done to fully translate the Theme has not been done correctly, but to find it out, we must check your backend.
Also, there might be some configurations in the theme options such as archive page titles which are not translatable by the loco translate.

I believe it’s about the place of WPML Language switcher. There is an option in the theme options to place it on menus, but you also need to remove the usage of WPML language switcher on other places from its settings.
