1. If plugin WC Vendor is enabled – you can’t deactivate checkbox, don’t use it if you don’t need vendor functions

I cannot disable WC Vendor, because then the “sold by” box in single product page will be gone. Is there any way around it? Also, I want the “sold by” box to show the user who upload the product, not the store. Right now all items show that it is sold by the website

What do you mean mobile theme? Theme is responsive, even such things like tables, charts
There is no 2-3 products per row in mobile view, because such row will be too narrowed
global theme option is not the same as inner. Global option is in use only if inner option is empty
How To Put Inner Option To Be Empty as default for post layout.
So Global Theme Option will Work
Inner option is already empty when you create new post. If you saved post with Post layout – you need to resave it with empty value

I try it and it is not what I mean. If you go to the admin backend, you can add a product for Woocommerce. When you click Product >> Add Product >> Product Data options >> then, you can choose product type, ie, Simple Product / Grouped Product / External Product / Variable Product.
In other words, in the front end, when users can try to add a product, there is no such product data options to choose. It’s only simple product fields to fill up.

you can make directory with theme, problem is that all functions are different in wordpress, so, maybe admin page will have totally another logic, not as in your plugin. So, you will have some problems to understand how all things work in first time

You don’t need any plugins to make directory site with theme. Only one thing which you need is to find way to import all posts from your site and all additional data. Maybe you can find any xml or csv import tool for your site? If you have xml import file – we can help import it to site
