I found that you are using the Old version of theme and plugins. Please update your theme to the latest Porto and all plugins as well. I hope after the theme update your issue will solve auto.

Awesome thank you. Just updated the theme and tried to install a demo, but they all fail at a certain point. The system status shows that is all good.

“Please install and activate all the theme required plugins from Porto >> Plugins then install and activate all the plugins. I hope after the plugins installation you can easily import the demo in your site.”
Of course all the plug-ins are installed and activated.

Thanks a bunch for following up, but I am still having issues with the theme. (please see ticket thread) I am about to give up with this theme as I have completely deleted my Wordpress database/installation and started from scratch. Even then, a fresh install, no errors on the requirements, the installation of the demo fails. (any demo) Is there a way to escalate this issue? I can’t afford to keep my website down much longer. Hello, Pre – purchase question.
In your demo, on mobile device, when you enter a specific product, for example : http://www.newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/shop2/product/woo-album-1/ you can not easily scroll down to the bottom, touching anywhere on the screen besides the very edges, cause the product picture to get zoomed in and it moves around the zoom in picture.
Do you have a fix for this bug? Or can you disable this feature? So when someone touches their screen on mobile phone to be able to scroll easily?

I have activated the Product Catalog Mode in the website using the process you told. http://prntscr.com/d4xqqeBut the problem is that when i add the product in Wishlist, then in Wishlist there is an option of “Add to Cart” which eventually it won’t be there. Due to this button, customer can still purchase the product in Catalog mode which should not happen.

i want make my website Flat Styling – flat square button styles and flat icons. I’ve set off the border radius in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS.
but the style is still using border-radius

After set off the border radius from Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS please click the Compile Theme CSS button then click the compile Plugin CSS button then you can see the result on the front end.

1. Yes, you can make images larger on the single product page.
2. Yes, you can convert the whole site into your language.
3. Yes, you can change it but you will lose the last demo which you have imported before. You can not import 2 demo at the same time.

This may be because of your file upload limit. Please try to upload theme zip file to /wp-content/themes directory and extract there manually. Then you can see theme installed in Appearance > Themes. Hope this works for you.

If you want to change the color of Add to Cart button then you have to change the Primary color of the theme from Theme Options.
If you want to change only the color of the Add to cart button then you can use this custom CSS:

I’ve set up my menu on my website. Currently its using 4 columns with Mega Menu. The problem i have is that ideally i would like to use 3 Columns, but to merge 2 menu’s under one column. (The reason behind this is that there are only a few menu items for each section, so ideally it would make sense pulling it into one large column)
For example on this demo – http://www.newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/shop5/ when you hover over “Shortcodes” it displays the Mega Menu with 4 Columns.
How could i change this to 3 Columns, but to have the “Shortcodes 4 Menu” under the “Shortcodes 3 menu”?

One thing that is really missing in this theme is the Sidebar Menu that is not available as a widget.
There is no fast way of displaying other menu items from the wp menu page as a widget to insert anywhere we would like.
im still trying to CSS the wp custom menu widget to look like the porto Sidebar Menu…but cant seam to get it right.
Hope this can be added soon as using the porto links block is a pain when we have many links to show or trying to use it as a menu on many pages.

I had purchased this theme to use with our ecommerce site. I just want to say that this theme is fantastic. I have just one issue I haven’t been able to solve.
Whichever page I decide to make a static page makes our logo drop lower when viewed on IOS devices. If you then click on a different page, the logo is way at the top where it should be. It is only affecting whichever page we make our static home page.
Can you please help me with this and I love the theme but this is basically making it useless for us to use. I will gladly leave a 5 star!

Sorry to say that you can not add the Order SMS notification to the customer without a 3rd party plugin, in our theme there is no option like that.
