Hi Nhatkd, you are absolutely right. Excuse us. Most of our support questions get answered within a day but yours slipped through. This week must have been the busiest since the existence of our agency. To answer your question: lambiance is a small theme and because it loads everything via Ajax some plugins don’t work. Whoocommerce and visual composer are currently not supported, a gallery is in the making. The general rule of thumb is: if your website is similar to our demos than ambiance is for you, otherwise probably not. Hope this answers your question. Best regards, vagebond

Can I have a page with media/video gallery? Can I use your theme with other plugins? eg. visualcomposer, Pop-up maker, Mailchimp, Woocommerce signup etc.
From the comments, it looks like this theme is not very flexible/suitable with customization and with other plugins?

Ok so installed, upgraded PHP to 5.6.28, added mb_string support etc but I’m stuck on the second menu – it just won’t switch – http://taritalapsiview.co/menu/?m=pizza_2 any ideas?
Hi icephoenix, if you install the latest version you won’t need php5.6 or mb_string. If you have problems after the update create a ticket on https://vagebond.ticksy.com. If you need help upgrading check the install article on vagebond.ticksy.

Hi seems many people have experienced the same problem I am experiencing. I upgraded my hosting provider to one that provides php 5.6 to support this but still having problems installing background menu manager and menu manager. Please help!! This is pretty urgent. It would be helpful to post the solution here or on the support board so that others can resolve this without having to wait for additional support. Look forward to a response asap please!!

Also to add to this, since L’ambiance 1.2.0 it’s no longer required to use php 5.6. You can start using L’ambiance from php 5.3 and up.
Hey Studiovagebond, ONE OF THE NICEST THEMES EVER I have a couple of pre purchase questions (this is for a restaurant in Portugal) are mo po files included so I can translate the strings for my customer? Also underneath the contact form can he have a full width map? And last I need a gallery (they organize several events) and would like to have a mixed gallery jpg and youtube/vimeo videos.(if not which one do you recommend we purchase?) Hi Filipeg, thank you for your nice words! All the po files are included so yet you can translate. At the moment map support isn’t implemented yet but we use a link to redirect to google maps. We will however put this on the request feature list since it’s a nice idea. About the gallery we’re working on it as we speak to implement this. Hope this answers your question! Best regards.

Why always a clock and a date above the picture?
It depends on how you’re implementing your gallery. If you’re using posts then you will get a clock and a date for every picture because for a post it’s relevant to have a date.

I have noticed that if I turn on the “Ajax page transition” and I navigate to a page that contains a ninja form, the form doesn’t appear unless I reload the page.
