Just worked a lot to get a nice look on the vertical slider, just to see that it looks nice, but produces lots of mistakes on mobile devices. Nothing really works. Pictures as well as words are on funny places, buttons are without function. This means it looks nice, but makes no sense at all. And I just checked your deme on Iphone6 and its basically the same. So next time I will surely do this first and take this as my own fault. But whats then frustrating, that I can not even ask a question in your support forum, if there is any chance to fix this, as I would have to renew the support. Bad joke if you ask me. I do understand, that you not want to give service forever. But in this case I would really like you to check your programming and not only make new demos to show off.

We are sorry to hear that you don’t like our Vertical Split slider, but on smaller devices, there will be not enough space to show both parts of the slider, so one side is hidden. In order to enhance responsiveness on smaller screens there is responsive option, and it can be enabled from Qode options > Vertical Split slider > Advanced Responsive http://screencast.com/t/wNxSDbyVT29 . In addition to Vertical Split slider, theme comes with Revolution slider plugin, so you can try to use it in order to create vertical slider which may suit your needs better. For suggestions, or some workarounds on content size or functionality within the Vertical Split slider you will need to contact our support over ticksy system, at https://qode.ticksy.com . Envato inducted paid support, and after expiration of 6 months of free support, users have to renew support. We simply have to follow these rules, in order to be fair to users which have valid support.

Hi there, it sounds like a bad joke to pay for support if I mention that you have a number of bugs in your slider. Sorry, that I do not have a different view here. You sell me something that is no good. I am aware, that there a other sliders and workarounds. And good that the theme is not only this slider but for most of the coding pretty good. However, its frustrating to trust you and use a part I did not use till now, wanting to improve a site, just to find out, that its just simply fishing to show off with more demos. I could have seen it already in the demo, so my fault. But for the contact and the trust with your buyers, I believe you would be better off, to sell things that work. Just recently I recommended your theme to a friend for his new site – its not very likely that I will do so again. Rupert
and to add – if you mention the advanced responsive features for the slider, it would be good if you use them yourself in the demo. As I said, I just checked it on Iphone6 and it has the same problems…

I guess we can stop the conversation here. If you tested it and its fine for you, then ok. I tested it and its not. Buttons do not work. Pictures and words jump from one page to the other and create layers which are not created on pc screen. On this product page, there are 2 text areas that introduce the product, first text area is below its product name (title) and price, and the second text area is within the “description” area.

Images will be imported with the theme demo, so after import, demo import, you will have exactly the same layout with images as you are seeing it on a live demo. Unfortunately, images do not come separately within the download folder.

My client is having an issue with the portfolio feature. Every time she adds new photos to the portfolio, one of the filters always ends up showing blank. You then have to click on “show more” in order to see the photos. For example:

Unfortunately it’s been over a year since my client has purchased your theme, but we are more than happy to re-purchase it again for the support. I just wanted to first double check with you to make sure this problem is fixable before purchasing.

This have happened because filter feature filtering only visible portfolio/blog items and if you use load more with filter combination then you will get this issue, because by default you have for example 10 visible items and if you click on some category inside filter you will get only items from that set of items (in this case 10) inside that category and you will get that issue. So you first need to click on load more then to filter again your items and you will get other items from that category.
Unfortunately there is no any fix for that to filter load all items from that category, because on that way works script we used for filter 
So only solutions are:
a) to set all items to be visible without Load More functionality, to do that just edit yoour portfolio list shortcode and find Number option and file -1 instead of 8 and save
b) to disable filter option
c) to increase number of portfolio items on your page so you can have more items for each category

Do not enter title and subtitle from Contact page settings. In this way default string will be loaded, and then in order to change original string and to translate it to another language you can use poedit software, or WPML string translations. Such an option does not exist within the theme, because fixed header is not supported on all touch devices. Shop functionality is achieved with WooCommerce plugin and there is no option for enabling catalog mode, but there are some plugins which can set shop pages without shopping functionality. If you want to achieve this without plugin, our support can provide you with some custom css code in order to hide buttons. Portfolio list is created in a way that user have ability to specify image sizes according to image dimensions uploaded and set as featured image for each portfolio. So, if you want to have same size, simply upload images which are in same dimensions.
