Oh I see what’s going on, it takes you to a designated page that is empty because I have only set a featured image to the portfolio item. Is there a way to just show an enlarged image instead when clicked?

Make sure that you are using hover type where you have zoom icon or zoom button which is used for showing portfolio image in a lightbox. You can also add this to your ticket, and support will check your current setup and what is wrong with the configuration.

I have a issue with the “Qode Google Maps Settings”. Until yesterday everything went well.
But now company name or places name in front of the adrdess produced a wrong map-location-load, without map-pin, like in your “original demo” content as well.
It always loads the location “Upper Nepean State Conservation Area / Australia”.
If I only use (street, zip, state, country) it works fine. But company-name or whatever in front of, would be nice to have … as before.

Probably it is due to google map API key. First you need to updated the theme to the latest version, then you need to create your google API key by following the instructions here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
And then you need to paste that key in Qode Options > General > Google maps: http://screencast.com/t/tQkLuX2SboT

That is because you ticked the box for percentages, and also you placed % sign at the end of value and you shouldn’t do that so you end up with two signs at the end of value http://screencast.com/t/TgLRQGtOz and some brwoser can fix that automatically but others don’t. Demo represent WordPress content, and content is stored within WordPress database, so importing another demo will import all its content, and will overwrite previous demo. 1. You can add single products to a page with Visual Composer WooCommerce elements, but beside that we cannot know what you want to achieve if we don’t have some screenshot, or a link to some site.
2. HTML or Java Script code can be added to pages over Raw HTML, or RAW JS visual composer elements, so you can load content trough iframe if you want to.
3. Can you elaborate this a bit please? You are asking about Bridge theme, and you are saying that you are interested in Bridge theme also?

1. Lightbox gallery for product list or WooCommerce product element is not present within the theme mainly because this is not default WordPress functionality, and clicking on single product have to lead user to single product page so maybe you can achieve this only with some additional plugin.
3. Bridge support 3rd level menus http://screencast.com/t/DmFlsAcN and contain a lot of different VC elements and theme options, which can be used for other types of websites. Regarding that other theme, we are not familiar with it, and you need to bring final decision upon theme choice. We can only hope that it will be Bridge theme

1) Yes, if you display portfolio items with portfolio list element, you will have smaller images on gallery page, and by clicking on each image, page with additional images and description will be loaded, like this demo page for example http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge/portfolio/gallery-style-condensed/four-columns-grid/ . Of course there are differnt hover types, where you won’t have view and more buttons, or text at all.
3. Side menu content is within side menu widget area, so you can place theme shortcodes within text widget within that area, and in case that you are referring to wide menu, it is also possible to place images http://screencast.com/t/SiJziQAw

Current them version is 11.2 so please install that version. Also, as I can see from my end, site is configured to use https protocol but SSL certificate is invalid and site cannot be reached so please resolve this with your hosting provider first. In case that you still have problems after that, and after changing permissions as suggested by our support, then please provide WordPress and FTP admin access in your ticket so they can update everything for you but please create full site breakup first just in case.

If anyone else tries to add wp_editor to this theme’s front end templates and gets an error like “Uncaught Error: no such method ‘instance’ for menu widget instance” in browser console:
It’s because this theme includes jquery-ui in it’s bridge/js/plugins.js file and wp_editor() tries to do the same.
My solution, comment out jquery-ui in the plugins.js file.

All custom fields like title, etc have to be sanitized, so they cannot accept html code, but if you want to remove hover effect, and to set icon and title to always be visible, that can be achieved with some custom css code, and our support can provide you with that code.
