Just checked the Kreatura support page and saw this:

Q:I exported the slider before the update and then re-imported it to the new version, as advised by Bridge theme support. I then deleted the slider and recreated it from scratch and it still doesn’t work.

UGH! This makes me nervous about using layerslider, but I need the deeplinks and functionality that neither Qode nor Revolution sliders provide. Please let me know if you are looking into fixing any conflicts that have been created by your theme updates.

If you have updated the layer slider plugin, and layer slider gone missing, you will have to set slider images again, or to install previous version, to export all sliders and then to install latest version, and to import them again. We tested this several times, and this issue occurs sometimes with default WordPress theme also, and this is not Bridge theme issue. No, you will only lose modification on theme files if you have changed some default theme functionality. Regarding theme options, and visual composer content, everything will be present after the update but it is always advisable to perform full site backup.

For shop, pages, you can manually create shop page layout by using Visual Composer WooCommerce elements http://screencast.com/t/TaP1tPS8ecr7 . And for individual product pages, such an functionality does not exist unfortunately, but you may consider using some additional plugin in order to extend theme functionality in that way.

It is Text Marquee element, but make sure that you are using latest theme version. Landing page demo is available for import, so you can test it out http://screencast.com/t/M1Qgzqim . If you don’t want to import it on your live site, it is good practice to install WordPress on your PC (localhost) and then to this or some other demos. In this way you can see which options we used and you can reproduce that on your live page.​
