You guys have a serious bug in your code. Menu never works, have to deactivate multiple plugins (yours) and it works for a bit and then stops again. SUPER frustrating. It simply is not reading the menu URL’s. http://nofliesontrump.com/

Hello, first off nice theme. I have a question about importing the demos, is it easy with just one click and importing the demo content or is it done with a xml. I ask because I like themes with a one click easy install method for demo content but I always have trouble trying to import properly using an xml file. Thanks in advance and keep up the great work, I’m very interested in buying this theme.

I have a problem with the sticky logo. I want a white logo for the the beginning (I put in the Qode options-> Logo-> Logo Image – normal), and next, for the sticky menu, I want a colors logo (I put in Logo-> Logo Image – Sticky Header), but no matter what I have set for the sticky logo, it always displays a scaled down version of the normal log..

Make sure that sticky header type is used. We just tested this on our side, and it logo is changed upon scroll, so everything is working. If you continue to have problems, please submit a ticket to our support at https://qode.ticksy.com/

Is it possible to change that for multiple pages in the structure and call it as a one page in the theme ?
I already done that in other theme and its way better for SEO and sitemap.xml I currently have just one page in my sitemap, and just one page indexed in Google … thats bad

Anchors can be set as menu items to trigger the scroll-to functionality. There are two ways of creating anchors in menu.
Creating an anchor item on a multi-page website: Add a page as a menu item and expand options for that menu item. Enter the Anchor ID of a Row section you want the menu item to scroll to without the leading hash symbol (#) in the field labeled Anchor
or
Add a Custom link with the full URL to a specific page and with desired navigation label. E.g. http://www.example.com/some-page/#anchor
Creating an anchor item on a one-page website: Add a Custom Link and enter the Anchor ID with the leading hash symbol (#) in the field labeled URL.
Regarding SEO optimization of menu structure and page itself, we don’t know what you want to achieve, but from the point of theme – menu functionality, everything will work without problems.

Theme update does NOT support visual composer front end editor? And the theme developers want me to PAY to let them know about theme conflicts? Crazy. The latest version of Bridge does NOT function properly with Visual Composer at all (and it’s a bundled plugin, so WTH?) I’ve been happy with this theme for quite some time, but it’s crazy for the developers to update it, break it, and then try to extort money for support on a broken product. Not everyone wants to rebuild their website every 6 months and this is a critical failure in the theme.
This theme also creates conflicts with Thrive Leads and Thrive Landing Pages – critical plugins for marketing and lead management.
Will this theme be updated so it’s functional again with no conflicts, or is it time for a new theme?

Regarding 3rd party plugins, common issue may be related with conflict with our AJAX page transitions, so if you are experiencing issues, please disable page transitions from Qode options > General.

I have a quick question, hoping not having to submit a ticket..
There is like a standard Background Image for the Title Area.. Which appears on every new page and post, unless you upload your own one on each page/post
On my posts, I dont need different background images for each post, so I wonder if I can change the “standard” one that is there now, so it appears on all posts and pages, unless I upload an individual image on certain pages.

Title image from Qode options will be displayed on all pages on where you didn’t set title image from per page options, because local (per page) options will always override global options.

I want an image there that can be there for all of my posts and pages where I don’t need another one. Instead of having to upload another one to all pages and posts, I want to upload one global one, instead of the one that is there now.

Yes, you can change it from Qode optons > Title, but if title image is also set for some page from page options, you will have to remove it from there since it will override image which is set from Qode options > Title.

Theme is comaptible with PHP 7, but some plugins does not have to be, especially if you use some free plugins from WordPress org, so if there is no an easy option for setting lower PHP version, you should stick to your current version.

Hello, If I use “Illustrator Portfolio” and I add a Shop section to it:
- Would that section maintain the same style than the rest of the site (typography, colors, etc) ?
- Could I, somehow, link portfolio elements with shop products? or could I show shopping products tin the homepage he same way as the portfolio items are shown in the demo?

Okay my support has expired but I have only asked a few questions over the course of my using this theme.
I am using a third party MAP application that I like a bit better than the one included in the theme.
However it does not work because the API you include in BRIDGE seems to load, even when there is no map to display.
So when I use the other map application I get this error:
You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.
And the map will not work.
Is there some way to turn off you google maps api from loading?

You can remove map api call directly from functions.php file, or you can try to deregister script as one of users recently suggested here:

I could not get the deregister script to work possibly because I did not really know where to put it. I put it in directly on the page that uses the maps but no success. Could be I added to the wrong spot.

My logo is not clickable. When I hover over the logo in the header, I can see the targeted address in the status bar, however it’s not clicking. Please assist. Also note that under customization it’s clickable, but not when I load the site.

Logo image is pointing to site home, and when you are on that page, it will not be clickable, and when you are on some other page, it will be clickable. This is perfectly normal. In case that you have one page website and you want to have scroll to top functionality for your logo, please contact our support, and they will provide you with some custom js code.

And thanks for the explanation. Some of our demos are using older theme and plugins versions, and referred demo is showing buggy behavior which is fixed at some point. Simply there is no point in refreshing existing page. This was a bug, so we cannot suggest you any fix for this because it is already fixed.

Function which is used for printing out home URL is this one https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/home_url and its now working correctly and as you are seeing it on your site. There is only possibility to add anchor to your logo which will scroll to the top of the page when user clicks on the logo. Footer images can be changed from footer text widget areas, and in the demo 56 it is flickr shortcode within footer column 4 text widget.

hello the RTL support for this theme isnt amazing. i installed a fresh hebrew installation and expected the theme to be RTL automatically and display correctly but its far from it.
for instance for RTl languages the logo is on the right side which doesn’t come with bridge same issue with the menu and all the images and graphics in the demo.
can you please let me know why are you saying that it supports rtl correctly and what should i do?

Theme is RTL ready, and text will be adjusted accordingly which is the main thing for RTL support. Main menu will not switch sides with the logo.
