Hi, installed Polylang, but the Portfolio items are missing. it says No Post Found, can you tell me what to do so it will show up?

Don’t update to the new 5.0.6 theme. It has so many errors and glitches when installing. I even backed up my websites and nothing helped. All short-codes show the actual short-codes from the new fusion builder. Also caused many many other issues with woo-commerce pages and more. The list goes one. Support takes to long to get back. I use to be a fan of this theme but there are better and easier ones to use out there. If you have a major site and using this theme I would suggest looking else where.

I can assure you there are no issues with our new update, we have thousands of people updating without any issues unless the update instructions are not being followed properly, i have however got your ticket from that it looks like your conversion process was not completed properly.

Hi there, We have purchased this theme before and recently updated all items. But Slider Revolution plugin is not included in update files. Is it free for 1 year only? Or do we have to purchase Slider Revolution plugin? I think it is supposed to be included in theme update files. Thanks!

You get free updates and access to the Revolution Slider through your purchase of Avada. Since this is a bundled purchase, your updates for the Revolution Slider plugin will come with each theme update. You can find more info on that here > http://bit.ly/2fsBN5Z

The Revolution Slider update to 5.3.1.5 is included with the Avada 5.0.6 update. However, the actual files aren’t in the theme files. You can update from the Avada plugins page and the new files will be downloaded to your site. (See > http://prntscr.com/djvlam)

Can someone please look into my support issue that I already have sent through your sites support system. I have been dealing with same problem since first buying and installing theme which is the images in the homepage slider do not load and although we thought it was fixed yesterday after hearing back from support person, today it is not working again and I cannot wait another 24hrs for a response.

Yes, They replied to but once again something is not working. If I can get someone to dedicate a few minutes to making sure what they are suggesting will work I would appreciate it and we can all move on.

If it started working then stopped, then it could be something like a plugin you are using outside of what we provide, a server setting, cache, ajax issue, etc.

Hi, just updated to latest version. The theme options for disabling the secondary menu cart functions do not respond. Is there any reason for this?

Have you tried making other changes to confirm that you’re not checking a cached version of your site?

Also, are you theme options giving a notice that they saved successfully? (see > http://prntscr.com/djvi1w)

It’s also possible that you have a plugin conflict. Try disabling all non-Avada plugins to see if this is caused by any plugins you’re using. If so, enable your plugins one by one and refresh the issue page. When the problem returns you’ll know what plugin is causing this and can remove/replace as needed.

I disabled every single plugin except woocomerce (which is needed to see the options). I have the latest theme and most recent wordpress. There are no functions or custom css changes either. I resent pay for support for an issue that is caused by updating the theme.

The issue is still not fixed please advise.

This option does work correctly in Avada. If there is an issue, it’s possible the theme didn’t update correctly on your site. This can be due to low server limits.

I would recommend installing through FTP so you can be sure there’s no issue with an incomplete theme upload. Before uploading the new files, make sure to remove the old theme files first. Never overwrite the old theme files with the updated version as that can leave behind files that aren’t meant for the new version and cause instability.

After updating to the 5.0- transparent header doesn’t work, each sidebar and widget is now a page, and I have to replace each item into a container. Boo. I wish I never started with this theme.

Also as noted in your review, it sounds like you did not fully undergo conversion.

Trust us, v5.0 works wonderfully and more than half of our user base is on it.

You mentioned each sidebar and widget became a page? That one baffles me, are you by chance using a child theme with code customizations? I’ve never heard ofa sidebar or widget becoming a page, maybe tehre is a miscommunication here.

If you are referring to your widgets no longer being inside your widget sections, then that would be due to a theme rename, read this post to find out more: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/i-lost-my-widgets-and-menu-during-update/

Renaming a theme during an update will cause you to lose widget assignements and menus. I’m not sure if that is what you did, I just don’t understand what you explained so I’m guessing.

We will gladly show you what went wrong if we can only see your site. Yes your support has expired, but that is not something we control. It was enforced by Envato.

If those issues existed in the theme, then it would be all over the place and the theme taken down.

I appreciate the comment. I wasn’t trying to bash you in anyway, I just feel there are a lot of bugs on my user end. I have 6 websites, all with the same issues. I have not renamed the theme, and am not using a child theme. It appears the widgets that once existed are now converted into pages. There is also empty containers through-out the website. Also, when the conversion process happened, the transparent header is no longer transparent. I go back and make it transparent in the them options, and it pushes everything from the body up. If you would like, I can send you over my temp server, so you are able to see what I am seeing, as maybe that will help?

Hello, does this theme have any “ideal” template for a YouTube Channel? I would need it to have a section where it automatically shows the latest uploads on YouTube.

Avada does have a YouTube element which can be used to share videos on the site. However, there isn’t currently a feature that will connect to your YouTube account and automatically make a post of videos uploaded as of now.

That is something fairly specific, so you may not find it in a theme. However, there are several YouTube plugins in the free WP plugin repository that can be used to extend the site’s functionality: http://bit.ly/2hSDuq2

Hello there!. I do not have support anymore but I think I can ask you this. I uploaded Avada from 4 to 5 a couple of days ago, following carefully all the steps you give. Avada 5 it’s amazing, and let me tell you that it is much faster, I can notice!

The only thing is that Rev Slider does not work, it shows nothing where its supposed to be. I tried designing another slide from scratch and nothing, the only thing I see is a blank space.

What could have gone wrong?, should I uninstall rev slider?.

That should not happen unless the slider installation was corrupted or some other 3rd party plugin is causing this issue, please check console for the JS errors, we have also released a new version of our theme with latest Revolution slider and Layer Slider so please update to 5.0.6 and latest version of both plugins too.

After upgrade from Avada 5.0.5 to 5.0.6 the Ubermenu is show up wrong when set to left and it is not possible to bound submenu to Menu item. It is only apear wrong in firefox . It is correct in Chrome.

Hello. Discovered today that some of my site pages did not display and instead there was a notice of a fusion core error. Upon login there was a notice that Fusion Core required updating, and Fusion Builder required installation. Apparently updates were made automatically. Okay, so I updated / installed and then my pages loaded yet all of the “builder” content (columns, tabs, toggles, etc) only displayed as code? The solution of course was to restore previous database / files, which is what I have done. Is there something that I am missing here?

All you needed to do was to run conversion process manually once, it can be simply done from Avada > System Status Tab, that is how your shortcodes starts to convert and render.

Well first off Envato cannot help, as they do not deal with theme support, only we the author can help.

You’ve emailed the address we gave above (support@theme-fusion.com) and we will follow up there.

Please understand, that if an account was already made, it’s not as easy as just changing the email on it for you, we need to verify with the other person as well, if not then they are locked out. It’s a security matter :)

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

I cannot contact Support for an urgent need. I just purchased today my new Avada theme with 12 months support. When I try to submit a ticket I get a screen that says my support has expired and I need to by it yet again. This is not good. I need to get my site built and don’t know what to do. There seems to be no way to contact the support team other than that way and now I am at a loss and cannot create my website. What am I supposed to do now? :(

My Question is: I want to download a video Clip from Shutterstock and use it with Avada Wordpress theme as the full width main fusion slider for my new website. What size video do I need to download? The options are either – 426 X 240 30 fps MOV 6.5 MB... OR - 852 X 480 30 fps MOV 21.3 MB

Thank you for your feedback, but please allows us to clarify the following for you:

- Your Themeforest username is -> 8480lethor – and according to our support system, there is no support account registered for that username

- Leading on from that, it is likely that you will have registered a support account under a different username. You say that you repurchased Avada, meaning that this will be at minimum your second license, confirming that you will have registered a support account under a different username and not -> 8480lethor

- Please email your info to support@theme-fusion.com and we will help you sort this all out right away

- For the question at hand, the size of the video you want to use is first and foremost up to your choice and preference. What needs to be considered is the dimensions of the slider, the amount of bandwidth that will be used, the speed of loading the video etc

- You have two choices of video, I would suggest using the video with these dimensions -> 852 X 480 – if it is to be used in a slider. Run of thumb is, the smaller the dimensions of the video/image, the lower the viewable quality when added to a larger container. The smaller the container, the smaller the image/video that can be used

- And to reiterate, lease email your info to support@theme-fusion.com and we will help you sort this all out right away

Hello, I just want to link to a specific slide within the rev slider from another page and I’ve used http://www.domainname.com/#slide3 but when I click the link changes to http://www.domainname.com/#_slide3 and it won’t go to that specific slide. How to solve that? Thanks

The underscore is added by our developers as a fix actually, however that should never affect your slide loading and you can add this class to slide to remove the _ sign “avada-noscroll”

Hello Ammar, I added the class to the slide 3 as in my previous example and when I click on the link it doesn’t remove the ”_”, it goes to the page where the slider exists but doesn’t scroll to the specific slide.
