Still having issues with the Avada update 5.0.5 and woocommerce, each time I activate woocommerce the website will not load on frontend again, I downgraded woocommerce from the latest upgrade to 2.4.0 to check but still the same issues. What should i do please ?

We’re not able to replicate this so it has to be one of these things ..
- another 3rd party plugin causing a conflict - your version of WP, if on WP 4.7 you need to be on latest version of WooCommerce - there are some other possibilities but it would depend on your setup which we’d need to see.

If this is not a 3rd party plugin conflict as suggested above then it will more than surely be the servers PHP configuration limits that need to be adjusted. Please go to the Avada Status tab and check to see if any of these are highlighted in red. If yes, then please consult this help file on how to adjust the configs and resolve this -> http://bit.ly/1T5luaR
And unfortunately based on the date you purchased your Avada license you do fall just outside of the Grandfathered support cut off date, which is the 31st of August : 23:59:59pm, 2015

Is there a sidebar bug in the latest release? My sidebars on posts have all vanished…still appearing on pages, but not on posts. Is this just me or has anyone else noticed this?

Are you on Avada 5.0.6? If not, please update, there was a bug with the sidebar generator plugin.

I am indeed on 5.0.6 and I updated the Fusion Core and Builder plugins as soon as I updated to 5.0.6. The sidebars were there before updating to 5.0.6 and have now vanished, so I’m sure it doesn’t have to do with settings tweaks. Like I said, they appear on pages fine but not on blog posts, which is very strange.
My Avada purchase was made more than 6 months ago so I no longer have ticketed support. I was hoping this was a more widespread issue with 5.0.6.

As stated above, you can email your info to support@theme-fusion.com and we can check this for you. There will be a logical reason for this and checking your update history may help to explain. Also, you can just re-enable the sidebars using the settings

Hi There, I have a client using your Avada theme, and he needs to translate all the strings in fusion builder to German, can I get a dutch translation and where to place these translations?

Translation files are all inside of the full package download. So when they go to the downloads page, make sure to download “all files & documentation” listed in red here: http://d.pr/i/6eKA
For any update, it’s best practice to make a backup. 5.0 requires conversion to the new Fusion Builder, see this post: http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/important-update-information/

So I did not use the support in the six month I had it. Now that I have to renew the support I got a big problem. I updated to Fusion Core and Fusion Builder 1.0.6 today, as I was almost about to go live. But now I have the problem that my english (secondary site) is running properly, but my german (main language) side is not working right. It is not loading the css, I think. What the ** happened here? And how can I change this, with all the troubles I lately have with the theme I don’t feel like paying another 42 Dollar. (It is working with WPML)... Can you guys give me a hint? Or at least tell me how I can go back to fusion builder 1.0.5 where everything worked fine.

Did you buy Avada before September 1st 2015? If so we Grandfathered you in, you can read about it here: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/grandfathered-support/ ... if you are, then you can still submit tickets to our site regardless of what Envato says is expired 
For your issue, it is hard to diagnose without seeing it, but it sounds like conversion may not of run. Go to theme options > system status and rerun 5.0 conversion: http://d.pr/i/L0Vc
Also, make sure you updated the fusion core and fusion builder plugins: http://d.pr/i/R3fO
Check out the time you bought Avada, hopefully you are grandfathered in for support, if not we’ll do what we can to help you get up to 5.0.

I have 4 horizontally aligned Content Boxes with defined background colors – is there a way (with this recent upgrade) to force them all to be the same size? I notice they are dependent on content/text length – can the box height be assigned?

Currently there is not an option for “equal heights” for the content boxes themselves, however it may work if you set the container to equal heights and they are the only thing inside of it. Edit the container, and set equal heights to yes, I believe that will do it.
If not we do have this on our list to add in the future as new options for both content boxes and flip boxes.

This is commonly due to the wrong image size being selected when adding that image to the element. Double check that you’re adding the “Full Size” image when attaching it > http://prntscr.com/dk78rc

Our support system is email based so all you need to do do is reply to the email from support as you would per any normal email communication. You do not to input an email address in order to reply to an email.

You can add a different menu per page in Avada through the Fusion Page options. This will be a different header menu altogether for that page.
To do this, edit the page, then scroll to the bottom and under the “Header” tab, you’ll find the setting to change the menu for that page > http://prntscr.com/dk785c

This may have been an incomplete demo import. That can happen if you have low server limits.
Another possibility is you used the single demo page import, which doesn’t include the images. It’s meant just to give you a wireframe of the page layout and settings so you can add your own content with that as a guide. That would be through the builder’s, one page demo import > http://prntscr.com/dk76o5

I just updated my PHP version to 7.1 on my local dev page, and I got this warning

this only happen in the admin dashboard tho, on the frontpage, there is no problem

According to our devs there should be no issues with 7.1 version as well but for time being you can downgrade to 7.0 if 7.1 is not a requirement for any specific plugin you are using, however in order to troubleshoot this properly we will need you to please open a new ticket with us and also please make sure that you are on the latest version of our theme that is 5.0.6

I have an existing html website which I am running for the last 3 years. I want to know whether it is possible to create the same website in wordpress with your theme in offline mode and once it is completed I would replace the current html website with the wordpress one?

We can actually not let you know if a particular HTML website is exactly replicable or not by our theme (depends on the custom functionality) you are using there but as far as its not something really custom and fancy you should be good to go
