I’m sure if this is a bug, but in page.php line 285 apply filters to nothing, is making $get_content_appended a string length 10 (spaces), which is generating a white space at the bottom of every page:
$get_content_appended = apply_filters(‘the_content’, ’’);
I fixed it by removing filter: $get_content_appended.= ’’;
Please fix this in the next update!

Yes, I updated to latest version a couple of days ago, when I noticed all my pages got an extra empty space, only ones with after content block set to none.
It’s very odd this was not reported by any users, have you also update the required plugin Uncode Core as well?
I updated everything, when I var_dump($get_content_appended), right after the line 285, I got the output of variable string 10 ” ”. You should check with your developers.

Pre sale question- Can the responsive option be turned off and on in the theme admin?

Uncode is based on a mobile-first approach, this mean you cannot turn-off responsive aspects the theme, sorry.
Oh that’s unfortunate because client may want the website to appear similar to desktop view and not be limited to responsive view as images may get shifted vertically when viewing from iphone. Could be deal breaker.
Hi hitentertainment, I’m sorry but we cannot help with this, at the same most of users should see your site too small from an mobile device and this is also deal breaker.
I understand but not necessarily true as some clients prefer the option of turning responsive on or off. The aesthetic of the responsive though convenient may not suit all clients taste especially if images get misaligned on smart phones. Zooming in not a problem for some clients because they get exact look of the site of desktop.
Understand this but we believe the mobile first is the approach and there is not a native feature for this, thank you anyway for interest our product!

I’m almost done completing my uncode design and new website, but I do have a question about the ‘classic studio’ theme that was installed as I’m having issues with broken links on the left hand side bar menu.
when I click on the blog page for example, none of the left hand side bar links seem to work when I click on them. they only seem to work when I’m on the home page, so we need to fix those.
The only one that does still work was the testimonials page.
Any suggestions would be helpful as I don’t know how to fix it!

Sure shall I Just send you an email with my backend login info so you can have a look yourselves at the problem? It’s not the scrolling effects that are the issue, it’s the left hand menu links that are the issue when you’re away from the homepage-in the blog page for example… then none of the links work. However when you’re on the homepage the scrolling effect and links are fine.

Please note that you can also modify the widget area for single page diversification, I think you found some pages of the demo contents with option, just set the Page Options > Footer to “Inherit” (in Uncode you have important settings also in the Page Options note the difference with Theme Options https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213455189 )

Unfortunately this is not an option of the actual version of Uncode, we are one of the most flexible theme but in the limits of the features we show in all our demo. There is not a quick code we can suggest since require lot of codes to be created but this will be introduced in next updates, some other users have requested and this is in the to do list.

Hi There, do you have documentation on styling the fonts in the theme – I see several sections – typography, fonts, customise – perhaps you can explain the difference on these – many thanks

There are not specific controls to modify specific properties of a specific heading (ex: h3), you can modify the headings properties globally. This is possible just with a single CSS line you can paste in the Theme Options > CSS, EX:
h3{
font-size: 20px;
line-height: 2em;
}We have not insert this options to not bloat the admin too much, Uncode is based on a minimal design approach.

whenever a theme is updated, it shows in the “updates” section… where do I go to enter the licence or something to receive the update notifications

I followed the instructions to loop embedded Vimeo video, but it is not responding. I referred to the demo videos included, which do loop. They don’t even seem to have the ”?autoplay=1&loop=1” code attached to them but they are looping. Am I missing something?

I successfully updated WP and Uncode to the latest version, but am unable to update LayerSlider and now my site’s changes are broken. When attempting to update LayerSlider from 5.6.2 to 5.6.8, it says “I have the latest version”. My support has recently ended; please fix my site.

just deactivate and remove the plugin and reinstall it again. You won’t lose the data for it. Anyway you should always make a database backup first, that’s just a good practice.
