Though it looks like an amazing theme, I have an extremely bad first impression of this plug-in. I have a couple of serious issues that need to be resolved.
1) Activating the theme breaks (crashed) the site, so there must be some kind of serious bug. I tested it on two sites to replicate the issue and it crashed both. It makes me wonder if the theme is actually well developed. I have to turn off the plugins folder then turn it back on (by renaming) in order for my site to not break and get the theme to actually work.
2) After creating a simple page via Visual Composer, the page is BLANK, the page has no content. It just displays an empty white screen with a menu.
I hope these can be resolved and I don’t have to ask for my money back

1. Sorry but it’s not easy to understand what’s wrong for your installation, I understand you have a server problem, have you deactivated all extra plugins before install Uncode and Uncode’s plugin as listed in the documentation?

URGENT your Installable zip file is flagged as having a JS download virus. Also the button never shows up in the pricing charts. I add the button link but a button never appears. I hope you guys add more control over the pricing tables in future updates. My fav theme btw. Just a few little things that slightly irritate me.. but it is fantastic.

Hello, I got an issue with the theme and I can´t find a solution for it. Every time I try to make a change in Theme Options, my website starts to save it but redirects me to 404 error page, without saving the changes. At first, we had some memory limit problems, but after fixing them, we still can´t save anything.
I see that some other people found this problem with the theme, so I am asking for a solution too.

I’m sorry but it’s not possible to change the main logo for selective pages. Even if we are one of the most flexible themes on the market we first try to replicate the most common pattern and it’s not so usual a website where the main logo change (at least you can insert the different logo in the page contents, in the main header etc…

I’ve tried other portfolio metro-style themes and have run into a problem where the grid gets messed up when I add new items. They should be seamless squares/rectangles (like your demo content) but end up just being squares as I add new portfolio items. Do you have features that control that part of the grid, or is it automatic? Is there documentation that comes with the theme that explains this clearly? I always seem to mess it up somehow. Thanks!
No sorry also in Uncode diversifications are applied to single elements, you can use different size block but these options are applied to the thumbnail not to the position in the grid. We have just received this suggestion and we are developing a “matrix” options where you set diversification in the grid positions so your elements shift inside. Unfortunately we cannot declare any deadline publicly, hope you can understand. Hi, post sale question. I have the theme installed on my local server but cant get import demos in! it keeps failing after 647 items?? i have set all the system stats as required (green). 1. No sorry this is not an option, if you need to emphasize a price here you can create from the admin a new price filed, insert the value in every page and we can then suggest a quick code to apply a different CSS style to this filed only so you have something like a big price value.
3. Yes for sure you can apply headers where you want, please don’t focus on the fact that only some layouts have variations since this is done just to give a spin to the options. Confirmed.
