hi, in the part that shows color swatches of my item, i would like to see the variants like small images but when i did it, it shows empty squares. i don’t wanna use color swatches with straight colors i want to use small images in different colors of my item if that possible?

Hi! You need test it, but Seiko doesn’t has heavy scripts that can decrease site perfomance.

Hi! Seiko Theme Customization – Footer, here you will see footer columns with links. You just need chnage link’s title and href attributes.

We can show you in ticket only how extend more than 6 items, but about “sample of Holiday Look, Sweater etc” out of theme options, it is only your own customization.

HI.When will this theme be updated? I recall you saying updates were coming andyou would make changes to the menu structure. This was 2 months ago. I still cannot use this theme because of this.

If the changes to the menu are good why don’t you update the theme, as I think everyone who purchased your theme could benefit.
Problem that old clients have also configured menu and new another modifications will destroy their config. But if you change your stars review I promice next theme which already better and in developing to do menu by your offers, which not bad.
Hi, first of all thank you for this amazing theme! I reviewed maybe 30-40 shopify themes and yours is definitely the best!
I installed everything and am already working on it, but for some reason the menu is acting up.
First of all, the menu items do not appear.. It’s just plain white, same with the mobile menu.. You can check here: https://ladyvox.myshopify.com
Second, if you scroll to the middle of the page, reload the page and scroll while reloading, the menu will appear 40px lower which creates a gap.. I don’t know how to get rid of this bug.

Can you add all the payments icons supported by shopify please. For example, apple pay icon. I can only see 5 in the footer.

Im interested in the theme. Just a presales question, is it possible with Seiko theme to directly redirect the user to the checkout page without having to add to cart? Im trying to simplify the purchase process as my clients normally buy just 1 ítem anyway. Like a buy Burton(not add to cart) thanks un avance.
Hi! Theme has option disable ajax add to cart, after click to button add to cart you will be redirected to cart page with checkout button. But we cannot miss step Cart page.
Hi, Tks for help. I am able to upload Seiko file to shopify. The next problem is: my info from basic wp template in shopify does not transfer over to the Seiko site. I tried other free WP template and it is fine. Help? I click online store, navigation…. customize,etc… then view but nothing show. except Seko basic format. Tks for yr patience.

The Theme SEIKO doesn’t support ” SECTION”.... I want to create tab WOMEN, MEN , KIDS ( on top ) for my fashion store. I went to Shopify Online store, navigation -> but I still have old free template, not from the SEIKO. pls help
If you mean topnavigation then you need assign your navigation in Seiko – Theme Settings – Header – Choose navigation. Seiko theme more flexible then free themes. Our theme allows assign ny navigation in header / footer / left panel.
I find the Seiko Theme to be extremely confusing. I have trouble with getting around with Shoplify. Can you recommend some tutorial link for Seiko product. I was able to setup everything easily with Basic template but with Seiko I am struggling and nothing seem to be like in youtube seiko tutorial for ex: TopNavigation is very dif. I can’t set up in shoplify like I normally do.

Hi I just purchased the SEIKO -Shopify Theme 1-9-2017. I downloaded the ZIPFILE Theme and tried to upload theme at Shopify but received error.

Hi! It is common error:) You have tried upload full package with documentation. Unzip package from TF and find zip in folder Theme Files. Upload in shopify this zip.
Hello, first of all, let me congrats for such a wonderful and fully loaded theme, GOOD JOB! Shopify need this kind of theme.
Well, with all that said, let head into the issue, I has been setting the theme, everything was going smooth but when I face the Collection sidebar filter and add the brands I have in my inventory (163 to be exact) the website show this error “Liquid error: Memory limits exceeded” idk if that refer to an error I did or just the platform just can’t handle that amount of tags. Let me add, just in case it help, I was using another theme where I installed an addon for the Collection Filter and there was an option to set a number of fields (brands) you want to show, and put a slider so you can scroll, remember I have 163 brands and when I open the tab “brands” the website scale to show them all, making really annoying the navigation, probably this is the problem with that error.
Another problem I m facing is the fact that I m creating a Website for perfume and the right way to show the name is showing it like this “212 NYC for Men By Carolina Herrera” where the name is “212 NYC for Men” and the Vendor (brand) is “Carolina Herrera” in the other theme I was using the option show vendors but i can’t find it in Seiko. the “By” was added by myself in the code.
