I’ve downloaded and installed your theme today and I am trying to change the header bar background color via the customizer. It doesn’t work. It always stays black.

So far everything seems to be working pretty good with the Hook theme but for one little “bug.” I made a main menu item a button and the text is white but the roll over is also white. I have tried to change the rollover color in the Menu Section tab in the Theme Options. The only appearance I can change in the Menu Section > Main menu: Parent buttons style, is the color of the rollover lines. The recent update did not correct this issue. Using IE 11 and Microsoft Edge. Site is currently in Maintenance Mode.

Hello. I used the agency layout and I have two problems:

1.) When choosing to “Style [menu item] as action button”, it damages the layout of any submenu items under it. It changes the submenu background and foreground colors to the same color, effectively making it illegible. Can you fix this bug?

2.) The mobile menu does not show the dropdown submenu items. How can we get the submenu items to show; can you fix this bug?

Hello, i have just bought your theme which looks really great, but run immediately into my first problem when trying to set it up. I have uploaded two logos – retina and non-retina, and set the top margin to 15px. However, the top margin was forced by some css class called .hook_forced_menu to 29 pixels and the logo which is showing on my retina macbook does not look very “retina”... What have i done wrong?

I have a question.

Is it possible to order the team members in some structure or hierarchy? (ajax shuffling would be nice). They are placed on the member page in order of creation (probably by id). It would be preferable to be able to change the shown order or have them at least turn up alphabetically. Is this something you could implement or help me with?

Tere are a also a problem with style on div.single_blog_meta_div .prk_lf: you don’t seperate the code between this fields: .prk_lf.blog_categories , .prk_lf , hook_colored_link etc. in blogs and in bolg-page. What can i do to style this seperatly? Thank you for such a great theme!

I have installed the theme and did the one-click install; however, when I go Appearance>Appearance>Theme Options>Import/Export, there is no Import button. What might be wrong? I tried on two different browsers (Chrome and IE) and made sure my Java is up-to-date, etc. I am unable to import the skins due to no IMPORT button. Kind of weird. I watched your YouTube tutorial video, and what you see on your screen (an import button) I do not see when I go to Import/Export inside of Theme Options.

Please advise.

P.S. Any plans to create a searchable knowledge-base or support forum? That way people can help themselves based on previous answers.

I was able to follow the steps and get the mailchimp plugin going. I’m using the agency dark colors, and its showing the border and “Enter your email” text in black and not white like the template. How would I change it?

Hello. I’d like to make a couple small but important tweaks to the template, but I wasn’t able to find out how in the code. We are using it on unlockedtvshow.com right now, and we need help specifically with the blog: http://unlockedtvshow.com/social-media

I am familiar with HTML and CSS, but I cannot find where in the code I can change these things. What we need changed is…

1. We’d like to remove the “All the posts published.” 2. Remove the meta block below the featured image on the blog page itself, which right now is just a big black box with the date and an excerpt.

We would also like to set the background image used elsewhere on the site to be the background for every page, but right now I’m having to set it as the background for specific rows. This works except for pages like the blog and other automatically generated pages.
