Hi, how I can put portfolio category menu “Portfolio Agency Categories” in main menu. Like drop down menu? ( Web, Branding, Design ,... ) I plan to buy the theme, but I need to try everything that I need for my web before that.

Logged a support ticket around social media links not always being updated via Team Member feature or when links are added for a person they get lost for another. First thing support came back with was a request for admin account and password, no troubleshooting ot request for logs. As if I’m going to give a stranger full access to my WordPress installation.
When I queried this I got told that other customers did it so I should as well. Not impressed.

If you have an odd issue, please note that Uncode is not an amateur product and other users have not reported this issue, we ask your logins to access your installation and debug what happen. Most of times there is an odd issue the problem is in some server settings or requirements not respected and it’s essential access the installation to verify what happen. Hi I have a question regarding the responsive version of this theme. When posts go responsive, I notice that the width of the post isn’t fully stretched, meaning there is a ton of white space left and right from where the screen ends to the first words of the column. I was wondering if I could stretch the breakpoints more so that more words can fit into one row.

How do you add 4 columns to the footer? This theme is way to confusing

Hi there, I’ve added a content block slider to show a media gallery to my page. Is there any possiblity that the pictures are sliding automatically and to insert arrows at each side of the gallery to click trough it (like in the header of your demo page classic agency for example)? And where do I change the colour of the back to top button? Thanks for your help

Hello.
As i understood the theme use for gallery zoom the iLighBox plugin. Unfortunatelly that does not have zoom to 100% details of the image. The zoomed images are resized to fit in the screen. There it’s an option in the plugin that on the zoomed image have another link to open the image 100%? Maybe you can tell another plugin then we could install to do that, or what other solution can be?

Hi robilix and sorry for delay! Uncode uses the iLightbox plugin and this premium plugin doesn’t offer an extra zoom to 100% of the image. You can try any other lightbox plugins but please note that an new installed plugin will be not integrated with the Visual Composer module, you need to use this plugin with the plugin method and design.
ps: in next updates we’ll insert also another plugin but I cannot give you a deadline, only confirm that it’s in the list!

Hi Nielssinke! You can use some dedicated WordPress plugins to create 360 panorama, there are also Visual Composer dedicated plugins. You can then insert in the portfolio if you build your page in custom mode with Visual Composer, for example these are 2 portfolio pages created with Visual Composer where you can insert extra stuff:

Hi adrianmccool and sorry for delay! No user reported these issue and if something stopped to working the only cause can be some extra plugins or extra code you have inserted over time. Please deactivate all extra plugins and deactivate also any customisations just to test (possible child theme or extra CSS codes). As you can see from the demos both the responsive tab works (I can send you a demo) and mobile menu too.

Hi guys having a problem with one of the images on the parallax front page the 4th image down on a mobile is not displaying properly all other images the text comes in the centre on a mobile but for this 4th image its cut out of the screen for some reason

My support expired already but would just like to know if anyone else has same issue – Attachment Display Settings not showing
First, I have to say I really enjoy working with Uncode, I think it’s best value for the money!
I am currently running http://www.topstripper.si on it, but I am experiencing some issues with media files. When uploading or opening a media file – image, Attachment display settings aren’t visible.
That wouldn’t be much of an issue, if WP would still serve gallery thumbnails as thumbnails, not as full sized images scaled down to thumb size. The end result is quite big page load, but just don’t know how to tackle this anymore.
That’s why I am interested if anyone else has similar problems?

I have already talked with host and enabled GD, all my status texts are green and thumbnails are getting generated on server, it’s just that attachment display setting isn’t visible. It is the same when I do a local install.
I guess I’ll just have to dig a bit deeper.
