Good morning thanks I solved the problem of Visual Composer, but unfortunately I have another. The pages of osito I are tight as If they were oin ‘boxed’ mode when it is in the ‘wide’. In fact, to see the site I was forced to attivarela version ‘boxed’ and disable the ‘wide’.
But also in the boxed page layout are a bit ‘too tight. How can I do? Can you help me?

Hello! When I am in a product list page and I hover the mouse over the product’s image, clicking on the cart icon it opens the product page to view its details (acting as if I clicked on the plus icon). This happens if the picture size is small (I have the products displayed on four columns). If I display them on only one column, the add to cart button works properly. How can I make it to work for multiple rows as well?

Hi, To update theme: You can update our theme using some ways bellow
1. Update theme using Envato WordPress Toolkit or 2. You can update manual theme
If you have any troubles while using auto update ( It is likely to be a permissions issue ) then you may want to manually update the theme via FTP or Cpanel.
Download the latest version of the theme on ThemeForest download page and simply replace with the old one via FTP or Cpanel. Thank you!

Hi! There is nothing you can help me with at this moment. I just removed the Demo Data and did the Upgrade. I just wanted to let you and other people know that the servers anti virus software told me that there is malicious code inside the demo data file content-data.xml.

Hello! For some reason, when I try to add products using Visual Composer from WooCommerce -> Product category, it doesn’t fit well on the page, no matter if I set 3, 4 or 5 columns. Some rows have 2 prducts, other 3 products etc. This happens only on desktop; on the tablet it displays them fine.

HI, I have created my website with this theme – However in the menu section I’m trying to use column one settings with a side bar showing the shopping cart. There are two issues here 1) I can’t seem to align the menu text to the left. 2) No matter which layout of the menu I use, It overlaps the side bar, meaning either a line runs across it or the price goes all the way to the right to the page, overlapping the side bar.
I have tried to put the shopping cart there by creating columns in visual composer as well as the theme options. Can you please advice how I can contain the menu in it’s designated column? And also how can i align the menu to the left within that designated space?

The problem is that I bought this theme a long time ago and have no info to enter in the ticket section. I didn’t buy from envato and don’t have any order no. etc with me for it. Another issue i’m facing is that the basket in the woo commerce cart doesn’t update when i change quantities of the products – I have tried to change the theme to twenty fifteen and it works fine there.. But not with nuvo.

I wanted to add some custom fields to the restaurant reservation plugin, so I bought the recommended “Custom Field Plugin” from “theme of the crop”. (I’m using the latest version of Nuvo Theme v5.5.6)
As I activated the add-on, I was able to add some custom fields but therefore the pickers (date & time) aren’t loading anymore > http://www.weinbauneumayer.at/testseite/
I already talked to the developer Nate – please see his reply below: I see that you’re using the Nuvo theme. Unfortunately that theme has been a frequent source of problems with the plugin. I’ve made them aware in the past but things don’t seem to be getting better.
I don’t know why the pickers aren’t loading. However, I can see that they’re not getting created when the page is loaded. When the page is loaded, it should initialize the date and time picker fields.
I looked a little bit closer and I noticed that the Nuvo theme is overriding the booking-form.js file from my plugin. Instead, they’re loading their own JS file. I’ve attached a screenshot showing this. I’d recommend you follow up with them to ask for help solving this issue.
