Hi Melissa. I already saw those pages. Those appear to be main top level services pages. If you click on “view more” on any of the individual services, that should take you to the specific services page. But it doesn’t. Those are the pages which I’d like to see before buying the theme. For example: where is the services page for the “Couples Massage”?

I realize the “view more” button can point to anyplace. I was just wanting to know if you have a page setup on the demo for specific services. Do you have a services page specifically for “couples massage” or for “the beauty lift”? It seems you just have the parent category page for services.

Please go to Visual Composer – Role Manager – select ‘Custom’ for Post types, then ‘Services’ in order to activate the Visual Composer for Services posts as well.
As for the Services, there is no such an option in the Services shortcode by default. It just displays the list of service items, each of which leads to its corresponding post automatically.
However, you can achieve the desired by means of Custom Services shortcode. But please note that the CSS styling for the Custom Services block might not be exactly the same as for the default Services block you have now.
Add the new services shortcode and please put a tick next to ‘Custom Services’ option. Save changes.

Hi Team, your theme design is super, but the admin is not a user friendly one, please next time when you develop a theme, please make it more userfriendly, I have seen many issues in the theme, how to edit the contact form of the contact page, it is not contact form 7 right, in the home page, under the services box, when i created a button, I tried to change the button text color to white to brown it is not working, it is overriding with other css. As for the contact form, yes, this is not a contact Form 7. You can add more fields to the contact form by duplicating the existing lines of code for the fields in wp-content/themes/jacqueline/templates/trx_form/form_1.php file. As for translating/editing the fields, please open jacqueline .pot file in wp-content/themes/languages directory on FTP in Poedit software. Click ‘Create New Translation’ in the file and select the language you prefer (make sure the language variation is the same as selected inSettings – General in admin) http://prntscr.com/doe3l0 . With that done the .po file will be generated out of .pot one. Translate the text strings in Poedit software and save the file. As soon as you save this .po file, the .mo file will be generated automatically. If so, please go to Services in admin, select the Services post – scroll down to Theme Options – Blog and Single – Single page and you will see the icons available there. The solution to the issue like that is as follows: Make the backup of the current core.messages.min.css file located in wp-content/themes/jacqueline/fw/js/core.messages directory on FTP and then delete this file. Test the ‘Save’ button.

The theme is for Wordpress engine, so please consult GoDaddy to find out if this plan supports Wordpress, the theme requirements specifically are http://jacqueline.themerex.net/doc/#requirements. Please contact Godaddy to find out if this plan supports all the requirements. 4. Unfortunately, we do not guarantee the theme full compatibility with all plugins and extensions, forms builders etc. Since the form builder you are referring to is a paid one, unfortunately, we are not able to test it with the theme so we cannot guarantee the 100% compatibilty with the theme.

For the order issue, please connect to FTP and in wp-content/themes/jacqueline/fw/core/core.lists.php, please swap the code on lines 963 and 964 around – make the code from line 963 display on line 964 and vice versa – the code from line 964 display on line 963. This fix is going to be added into the next update, it just takes some time for the update to appear on ThemeForest.
