@MD-MUC, yes a little trouble uploading the zip file in WP Themes option. It was much easier installing through cPanel. Upload the zip file, then extract the zip file.

I don’t know the specific terminology, suffice it to say it wouldn’t load from the WP Dashboard through Theme’s option to add Jacqueline Spa. It was uploaded via the cPanel which is why I suppose you request out hosting credentials. Using cPanel served to be a much easier way to upload the theme.
Also, I haven’t been able to access the PSD files yet. Is there a direct link for access these files?

I am trying to edit the top bar, social section to add links.

I’m not trying to add social links. I am trying to edit the template to add custom code to add links to other pages. However any changes I make to ‘top-panel-top.php’ do not show up on site.

Greetings~ Specifically, I am unable to upload the theme to word press in order to use it. I’ve downloaded only the theme.zip and have attempted on numerous occasions but am unable to get it loaded in order to use it. Also, my 6 mos. support expired on the 1st of March and unless I pay $42 I am not eligible to use the ‘Get Support’ option.

Hi thank you for the prompt reply. I noticed that there was an update in the theme. Great! I’ve attempted to upload the files via the cPanel. While I can see the files in cPanel in the themes’ folder, I can’t see them as an option under themes on the wp-admin Dashboard so that I can activate it.
This is despite the fact that I used cPanel to load another theme I purchased on Envata which uploaded and can see in the wp-admin/Dashboard to activate with no problems.
Lastly, does the upgrade contain the PSD files or can I obtain them easily? If so, please advise.

Please disregard the request for assistance in uploading. I figured out that it was being uploaded to an old folder and is in the right, new folder and is accessible from the dashboard to activate. Yeah!!!

Hi Melissa. I already saw those pages. Those appear to be main top level services pages. If you click on “view more” on any of the individual services, that should take you to the specific services page. But it doesn’t. Those are the pages which I’d like to see before buying the theme. For example: where is the services page for the “Couples Massage”?

I realize the “view more” button can point to anyplace. I was just wanting to know if you have a page setup on the demo for specific services. Do you have a services page specifically for “couples massage” or for “the beauty lift”? It seems you just have the parent category page for services.

Please go to Visual Composer – Role Manager – select ‘Custom’ for Post types, then ‘Services’ in order to activate the Visual Composer for Services posts as well.
As for the Services, there is no such an option in the Services shortcode by default. It just displays the list of service items, each of which leads to its corresponding post automatically.
However, you can achieve the desired by means of Custom Services shortcode. But please note that the CSS styling for the Custom Services block might not be exactly the same as for the default Services block you have now.
Add the new services shortcode and please put a tick next to ‘Custom Services’ option. Save changes.

As for the contact form, yes, this is not a contact Form 7. You can add more fields to the contact form by duplicating the existing lines of code for the fields in wp-content/themes/jacqueline/templates/trx_form/form_1.php file. As for translating/editing the fields, please open jacqueline .pot file in wp-content/themes/languages directory on FTP in Poedit software. Click ‘Create New Translation’ in the file and select the language you prefer (make sure the language variation is the same as selected inSettings – General in admin) http://prntscr.com/doe3l0 . With that done the .po file will be generated out of .pot one. Translate the text strings in Poedit software and save the file. As soon as you save this .po file, the .mo file will be generated automatically.
