The upload keeps failing every time I upload theme. I uploaded the zip file, then unzipped and uploaded the rehub that was in there I keep getting failed. I read how to upload and nothing addresses this. I’ve uploaded a lot of themes and this is really frustrating.

Well I finally got it. I had to FTP the file, then extract, then open ReHub theme then extract then the child theme them extract the one I wanted and put it in the main folder.
But the 2 errors, it kept saying the style sheet was missing or just error.

Hello! I’m highly interested in your product. I have some pre-purchase questions first:
1. Is it possible to achieve something like envato market with your version of the template, Re:Direct?
2. When is the next big update? I saw you just updated the template but it’s not a big update.
3. Do I have to buy extra plugins to have the same result as in your demos? If I pay 53$ will I be able to have the same exact features, options and design as you show in any of your 7 demos?
4. Can I have 2 different versions on one install? Re:Direct and R Vendor?
5. I will have this template installed in an wordpress multi sites along with the template called “CareerJob” also from themeforest. Can I have corresponding links between the templates? I haven’t decided yet how to use multi sites (different folders or different sub-domains) but I would like to have this option: When a user creates a profile in the CareerJob along with his resume, he should be able to link his profile or his product that he is selling on Re:Direct.
6. By using multi sites, will somebody who created an username on Re:Direct be able to login and use CareerJob? Will the user data base be available all across the multi sites network? If yes, what should I use, sub-domains or folders for the websites in the network?

1. Yes, you will need multi vendor functions of theme, woocommerce and wc vendor
2. In february, support for Dokan plugin will be added
3. All demo sites are on bundled or free plugins, but you may need PRO versions of plugins. For example, you may need WC Vendor PRO if you need custom shipping per vendor, etc
4. No need for this, all functions are available from one theme
5. I don’t recommend to use multisite. As I wrote, all functions are in one theme. You can have all functions from all demos on one site. Maybe, more easy will be if you create different categories, than different domains. Not all plugins can work on multisite.

1)-I want to show the offers from the different country,means filter on the page like drop down menu in top bar.
2) I want to use this multi site options, which can show product price filters, like you have shown in different themes in demo i want to use all modules in a single theme. As i have seen some modules is enable 1 theme & some in another theme.
3) I want to add some stores catalogue offers in pdf (i can convert in jpg) means bulk images. which should in slideshow. word-press gallery module. and the location of the stores and location of the store is more than 1.
4) i want to show offers from posts like second sale. i will add 1 product (iphone-7) and we have facility to add the some sellers. if any other users want to sale the same product and created the post do this able to compare the prices. like we have some sites 2nd sale olx, backpage, if i use theme also as a classified posts and users able to compare the products?

4. Multi vendor option works only as 1 product per 1 vendor. There is multi offer option in theme with frontend submit, but it’s working only for external products (users can’t buy such products from your site)

We have some “pages” that we need to display/behave as “posts”. I mean we cannot convert them to posts as they are directly under the main domain (no category). What would be the best way to achieve that? We were thinking about creating a specific page template that would mimic a post.. If so, how to do that? Or any other suggestions?

Posts have also possibility to disable category from link. (Settings – permalinks)
But we still want to keep our posts under the appropriate categories. We need only a few of them to be published directly under the main domain. How to achieve that? Thanks,
you can do this only globally. Permalinks doesn’t change category, posts will have category as early, but link will be without category

you can’t do such pages to work as posts, because these are different entities
..so not possible to display the author and the date on the page (at least)?
possible, only with customization of page.php template. edit and add <?php rh_post_header_meta_big();?>

I don’t see problems. It shows the same as you set in options. You can change layout in theme option – general options

I am also having issues with the visual composer. I can’t edit the image sizes in the “grid style post block” it only allows landscape images, and I can’t edit the format? I tired to look at the website for visual composer, but cant find anything that solves the issue?
grid style post block is theme module and it doesn’t have option to change image sizes. Images show as is in this module, means that ratio is the same as your original image
The image is cropped, original size is portrait and the thumbnail is landscape. So the head of the person is cut off.

It looks like this is in vc_functions.php in the theme/rehub/functions/ folder?
I found how to solve it, but if I update the theme I would loose this edit as I edited the vc_functions.php file. I removed thefirst section:

I need to hide the add to cart button but my product is a variable product ( to show the price range) so I could not do it as an external product. What could I do ?
where do you want to change? In single product page or in loops? Do you want to hide buttons in all products?

why do you need this? How buyers can buy product if there is no button?
It is not something permanent. It will be something that could be disabled/enabled. This is called the catalog mode. In case a shop wants people to already see the items they will be selling but not ready to sell yet. Some catalog mode plugins have the inquiry form when the price is not showing. But I don’t want to use an external plugin as it could be unsupported. And it should be better if this is inbuilt to the theme functionality like the very good improvements you’ve done so far. for loops – you can already disable buttons. Theme option – shop settings. But there is no option to disable button for separate products
Actually it is a conflict with slider revoltuipn and visual composer. It happens only when both of them are active at the same time.
I don’t think so, these plugins are popular and don’t have conflicts. I guess, reason is another

Hi, Ive purchased Rehub some time ago. and after the last update, the Visual Composer plugin is acting funny. I dont know why, but when I try to change a user password from the front end and the back end, It does not let me. If I disable that plugin it functions perfectly. Please address this issue ASAP. It can maybe be only an update to the plugin. If it help, Im using Wordpress 4.7.2

mobile logo is correct. Footer logo – I don’t know how you add it, I guess I deleted logo section from footer.
if you use custom html for footer, you can add class mobilecenterdisplay to container with logo

Hi sir, I have purchase your theme. I want to know how to add filter option and sort option in theme. In filter option, It will work same like specification where it can be compared on specification by using content egg. I want to design my site in a way where a customer can filter the results and find the best product. for eg. : Mobile filter by screen size, camera, battery, etc as we see in Flipkart and all.
Please, note, you can’t add these filters automatically with Content Egg or any other plugin, possible only manually now. Maybe will be plugin for this later
