The Visual composer page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.

Again…after I updated wordpress and theme, I can’t edit anything… When I change any data on page it isn’t saved…
Interesting thing is that: 1. when I disable “DesignTheme Core Features Plugin” it saves the data 2. When I enable and save the same page again it restores data, that was before 1.
Any solution ?

It seems that you are still using a very older version 1.7.6 of our theme. Please update our theme with latest version version 1.8 released on 2017.01.25 to fix the issue. Please follow the instructions in the below knowledge base link for updating the theme.

I’ve updated theme, but it doesn’t work neither. Clicking “Update content” after update doesn’t make any action… could you please finally release update, that will fix this problem? I face it for a year or more now…

1) Sorry for the inconvenience, We have removed the importer option from the Buddha Panel. Instead of that option we have used “Unyson” Plugin for import the demo contents. So kindly import the demo contents via the unyson plugin.

I added reservation page using the reservation template, and when it search available time slot and i click to reserve, it doesn’t show the reservation form. it looks it is not calling the method that shows the form, please help
when i install the Demo Conatent data, as soon as it finishs installing, it takes me back to the my site and reservation page works fine, but when i try to go back to my dashboard, it prompts ‘Database Update Required, WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on your way, we have to update your database to the newest version.” and the only button i have to click is “Update Wordpress Database”. If i click update, it updates successfully and it takes me back to my dashboard, but the reservation page doesn’t work. i can search available reservation slot and it can display all the open slots, but when i click a slot, nothing happens, it doesn’t display the reservation form. Please help

When i installed this theme, all the plugging this requires are asking me to enter product key in order to activate such as Visual Composer, Unyson, LayerSlider WP etc, aren’t these plugins included with theme? I though that is what you said in the description of the theme page?

In Theme Dream Spa I have a problem in the reservation form.
A worker carries out several services. If service 1 is booked by a customer and another customer calls the reservation form and also selects service 1, the still free treatment times are shown automatically.
If, however, the second customer chooses another service, the already booked time is visible and can be booked by the second customer.
Where is the error, what do I need to adjust.

I am receiving multiple attempts to upload malicious files with this theme. I believe you have a vulnerability. blocked by firewall for a Malicous File Upload in file: yiw_contact=sfn.php

There is no way that our theme has the vulnerability, since themeforest wont be allowing the theme with malicious files.
Please follow the below steps,
1) Update the wordpress, theme and all the plugins to the latest version.
2) Update all the passwords related to the site.

I can choose whatever I want for the Title, the Image, the link, the button text, the number of Hours, the Price but it’s impossible to change the Content, to see what is the current Content, to write a new Content and so on…
