Would like to add a +1 to all the other requests for MailChimp signup functionality on the theme, and demo imports. Aside from that, cannot fault the theme
One other request – add another option to hide the demo content installers from the Theme Options menu. You have an option to hide help, but a demo import hide would also be a good feature, since it’s something that a lot of users will only use right at the start of the project, and almost never after launch.
Typical, I’ve just found one page with a subscribe box already. I searched loads before posting here. So you can mark that one as resolved.

The MailChimp plugin is not part of the theme but it’s pretty easy. You just need to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension/ and connect to one of the Uncode newsletter forms, for example at the bottom of this page: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/classic-consultants/

Hi undsgn teem. I have just run into a problem. I disabled the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin, cause I didnt know if I really needed it. I was unsure after an upgrade where I thought for a while that there was a bit two many Visual Composer plugins in my system, And i thought maybe this plugin was obsolete. I thought everything was fine. But I dont really know cause it was some time ago. And I’m not sure if I updated it and if the problem occurred after that.
Anyways. The problem is that I cannot activate the plugin now. It gives me an error message saying:
Fatal error: Cannot declare class Vc_Manager, because the name is already in use
Visual Composer isnt working for posts and portfolios. But it is working for pages. I have checked the settings and all of them are checked. It is also not just hidden under “Screen Options”
I’m running WP 4.6.3 VPBakery 4.9.1 Uncode core 1.1.4 Uncode Visual Composer 4.12
Please tell me if you see something here that isnt compatible. Or if you have run into this problem before.

What Uncode version do you have? It seems you are using an old version of the theme and of the required plugins. Here you can find more infos how to update the theme to the latest version: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214001205

If this not helps you can always remove the old version from your FTP. Let us know if this helps or you need more suggestions!
Hi, is there a way to place a logo in the overlay of the portfolios? So when it hovers over the logo will appear in the top left when the Overlay is in place?

Hi there, we purchased the theme yesterday and we want to start building our new website. There is one small problem – we would like to have a button in the main navigation just like in https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/portfolio-designer/ and we want it to be aligned right. As for the menu we want it to be centred. Here is the installation of your demo content and as you can see the button preview is broken http://brainbroker.org/homepages/portfolio-designer/ . How can we fix that? We picked this theme mainly because of the integrated button functionality.

heading centering does not work there is no option to change alignment in the heading module not in the row module, which surprises me as standard Visual Composer has all this. you seem to have removed a lot of VC functionality rather than adding to it. I cannot provide you a login as my test site is behind a firewall. i cannot use Tiny MCE according to your instructions so i am forced to abandon using Uncode headings ! your screenshot on the support site does not match what i see on my uncode headings or row modules. What to do? Go back to Avada?

Yes the portfolio carousel. There are some dots a the bottom to show the others photos but i would like that it slide itself. This way we don’t have to click on the dot to view the other photos.
Hi nflyers, this is the native carousel, if you want more options you can create the same layout with the Visual Composer module, this module has dozen of options and you can also include the auto-play, the only difference is that you create the page in custom mode with Visual Composer. about the first question, I’m afraid but it’s not possible to set a specific category by default. You can though easily remove the secondary nav as you asked on the second question.

Hello. Excuse me, what is the deal with the revolution slider? Do I have to create all those sliders you show in your sales page from absolute scratch from the Revolution Slider admin? It seems to me like that is the case. I spent the last two hours trying to find a possible way to get those sliders from their site without having to buy their plugin. This is very misleading if that is the case. Please I hope you answer my question because I bought this theme thinking: this is a time saver and that I was going to have all these things ready to implement out of the box. That is like the idea, isn’t it? save time for the user not having to code or spend hours in clunky admin interfaces like the one this third party plugin offers. Thank you.
In Uncode demo site you don’t have any Revolution Slider, all the header you see are based on the Uncode header and when you import demo contents you have an exact replica of the demo site just with placeholder images ready to be modified, really not understood your complaints. Have you contacted the support? As told above it seems your are missing something important, let us know!

As you can read when you open a ticket support team not work on the weekend, so it’s pretty normal they have not replied you. It’s also normal you have tons of pages if you have imported all the contents, if you don’t want all the pages there is the selective import options. You don’t have a page named Classic Agency? Or the problem is that you don’t have the headers? If you don’t have the headers it’s because you have not activated the Uncode Core before import demo contents… is this the problem you have?
The Uncode Core is installed and activaded, it has been like that ever since I installed the theme. I installed all the Demos, the Plugins, all of them are also active. So can you please again just tell me Where is the Classic Agency? Where can I find that Demo? I’ll take care of the rest, but I need to know where that is. Thank you.
If you have properly installed demo contents you should see your homepage a replica of the main Uncode demo homepage right? The Classic Agency its the first thumbnails, do you have this? Otherwise just go in the WordPress > Pages and search “Classic Agency”... do you find it?

BTW, if you click on that link you wont see anything because I have a maintenance plugin so people don’t see a broken site while I change themes. But I do can see everything as an admin. Ok. I figured this out. I went to Uncode>Install Demo>Single Layouts and selected the Classig Agency. The problem is I did not activated the Woocomerce Plugin in the first place since I figured I am not necessarily selling anything on this website and that prevented this page ( and probably others ) to upload the Classig AGency demo. Man, this theme is very good looking but the interface has a steep learning curve and is not the most intuitive. Thank you.
You can import this pages also if WooCommerce is not active, only the WooCommerce contents will be not imported, not understand what’s was wrong for you, thank you anyway for confirm! Follow documentation as much as possible all the steps are listed.

I am sorry but this is nuts. I changed one of my feature images ( the one I had from my previous theme ) and now I don’t have an image anymore and the blog post is not displayin in the blog posts page and the header that before was displaying with the image is now gone. I just bought this theme and my HUGE suggestion is that on each sample page you use to entice us to buy, you also have a link to where exactly find the instructions step by step to achieve what we see there. How can I just activate one of your sample pages? I am really confused with these. I try to find how to create a page using the feature video header and when I look for that page in my admin all I see in the preview is text, not an actual header holder. I am frustrated.
