I installed this theme and lost all of my work. I even asked support for their help on transferring the work over from my other theme. Their response: “You can use our theme with existing content, our theme won’t delete anything. But you need to make some change to make your content works with our theme”. All my work is lost and back links deleted. Realized the learning curve is not easy. Its like trying to use Windows after owning a mac your whole life.
Not only that but I can’t even log into my wordpress account anymore… The successfulproducer.com page isn’t working….successfulproducer.com is currently unable to handle this request….HTTP ERROR 500
If you’re looking to make your life easier then buyer beware.. Luckily I backed up all my files

Most of our customers who using Heli theme already have a current site that includes content and if they should follow our developer’s instruction to ensure the old content will not be deleted. Our developer said that you just asked his opinion and he didn’t touch your site, so, the issue may come from the different source. If you just install the theme, your content & back links cannot be deleted – we ensure that!
I advise you be patient & let our developer help you to find out the issue & solve it for you.
Moreover, we using Visual Composer as the builder plugin for our theme (like most of Envato ThemeForest’s WordPress Theme) so we recommend you to use it. If you want to use different builder (which you described as Mac Computer), we will guide you to customize some classes.

Ok, thanks for the reply. I’ll re-upload my old theme and then hopefully I can start from scratch with the developer. All my links were deleted when I installed the theme and my login link stopped working.

I can not locate the “advanced portfolio and blog templates”. Becoming very frustrated with this theme—not very easy to use. I have one portfolio section but it takes forever to load, then when you hover over the image the categories text overlaps with the title text and the link through does not take you to the page.

Hello, I’m very new to installing themes and customizing them but I’m very tech savvy. I’m a bit confused… I installed this theme and it’s almost identical to the free ones that word press provides. I installed all the plugins. Why are we given so many options to choose from different themes from your package and then its just one theme very basic. Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong. I know you have to customize sites but this doesn’t seem worth $60 to me and I may want a refund.

We just have a few presale questions:
Can we remove the magnifying glass/ lightbox link on portfolio items? Can we make the logo area wider if we have a logo that isn’t square? Can we replace the shopping cart and burger menu in the header with social media links? We would like to use the portfolio for two different purposes – can we create 2 different portfolio pages with different categories on them? Can we add a Filterer to these portfolio pages – e.g a menu for filter options, only displaying links for the categories on that page.

Hello, I just purchased the Heli-theme. I’m trying to install the theme and ran into this issue: “Plugin not activated. A higher version of Essential Grid is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”
An error occurred while installing Essential Grid: Download failed. Forbidden.
The same error for: Revolution Slider, ThemeMove Core,Visual Composer.
I can’t install the demo data. I’m waiting for any help. Right now I can’t do anything…. only waiting…

Awesome theme I love it and wont purchase anything else. Is there a way to add a 360 panorama into a gallery item? like facebook example. And\or could you have it when you click on the gallery image it opens a 360 into the lighbox popup? Cheers.

Hi, I would know if the premium plugin (Drag & Drop Page Builder – Visual Composer, Awesome Slider Creator – Slider Revolution, Grid Building Solution – Essential Grid, Powerful Template Manager – Templatera) are included in this wordpress theme with regular license
