This is controlled from WooCommerce settings, so you need to set image dimensions in WooCommerce according to your needs, and if you are already running WooCommerce, then you will need to use regenerate thumbnails plugin. wordpress.com do not allow usage of commercial themes, and if you want to run themes from Theme Forest, you need to purchase hosting plan from some hosting company, but also you can get Theme + Hosting directly from the market https://www.screencast.com/t/tY6hFCiQIJMt and this plan contain everything you need, and it is including theme installation. Since this is service provided by the market, for additional info you need to contact Theme Forest directly.

Theme is compatible with Visual Composer and it is bundled with the theme as required plugin. Many factors are involved in page speed, and beside having excellent hosting plan with PHP 7 and fast response time, you need to optimize images which you are using, and for commercial themes from Theme Forest, you will also need some caching plugin. This is normal because theme contain a lot of options especial multi purpose themes. Usual load time is 5 seconds, but with some optimization, users managed to achieve loading to below 2s. If you decide to our theme, you can contact our support, and they will give you suggestions for speed improvements.

Hi. I am trying to add a Visual Composer template on one of the pages, but it says that I have to activate Visual Composer direct license to access template library. When I try to do that and activate Visual Composer it says “no license found’. Why does it happen if the VC is included in the theme? Thanks, Agata

Yes, Visual composer and other plugins are bundled with the theme over extended license, and according to Theme Forest rules this license cannot be passed to end users. This is perfectly normal, because bundled plugins can only be included when author purchase commercial license and that is the case here, but this license cannot be given to end users because they will be able to use included plugin on all other installations without needing to purchase it separately so this is normal and according to Theme Forest terms. Unfortunately, some plugin authors included additional functionalities like import of predefined templates and this is only reserved for users who have purchased plugin directly. There is no workaround for this, and for your case, if you want to be able to use templates only way is to purchase plugin separately.

After disabling them, when I click on the logo the page doesn’t start loading at all. But afterwards, if I click on any of the pages, nothing happens (the url changes in fact, but I remain on the current page). Before clicking on the logo, everything works fine. OK, I will. Just an update from my side: if the transition is set to Up/Down everything works fine. If it’s the fade one, we have problem only with the logo – home page loading, when it’s disabled, everything is out of order.

Probably this is due to some modification since you are using Visual Composer in posts, and also we have found class which does not exist in Bridge theme by default https://www.screencast.com/t/pviasvOemuU .

Setting it to fixed width will require to define widths for smaller screen with some css. For example following code will stretch it to 100% for all devices below 1100px in width:

It is post image and it is set to be 100% width and in order to have proportional image height is set to auto, so changing height manually will distort image, and you shouldn’t change it in any way except uploading image with smaller height.

I serious don’t know what you mean. The only thing i read is that it’s not possible to change the font size in de single blog header. I only want it smaller, because now it’s to big and don’t fit in the image in responsive mode?

Sorry for misunderstanding. I tough that you want to reduce title area. For font, it is h1 heading so reduce font size for it to some smaller value from Qode options > Fonts. Right now it is set to 80px.

Sorry but it’s not working. I changed it to 1300 pixels. On a 13 inch i can see the changes. But on a 15 inch its scales back with no padding.

After looking up for different responses that quode gave in replying to this situation, i have consider that there is a way to activate it by editing a file named in an answer that quode gave to a user with the same situation .
Can quode genlty explain to me what to change, deleate or remove, in which file, and where?

Not all mobile devices can playback HTML5 video properly, and in order to make the slider appear uniformly across all mobile devices, video playback is disabled in the JavaScript. Ok well, the answer given was the one that i wont expect. Like i said, i saw this answer for the situation that qode gave :
1. Edit theme folder > js > default.js file 2. Remove folowing line from default.js file

3. use http://jscompress.com/ online tool to minify default.js file and save minified file over default.min.js inside same folder.
My question is : is that solution actually the right updated solution, or is there any change on it ?, if so please give to me the right procedure to solve this by editting.
