1) How to set up the footer from scratch and get 3 or 4 columns to be full page width with the black background and centered columns
2) How to set up the slider from scratch so we can figure out how to set up the slider get the code and then input the code where its suppose to go
3) how to set up the homepage areas to look nicely and evenly spaced out as they do on the demo homepage. I can force this using custom code but I want to stay away from that as I know custom code could make things difficult to update down the road.

I tested my site on Google Mobile Speed Test and got a poor 60/100 score. This theme is sold as “SEO optimized”. Not such thing. The report Google sent me via email shows me 95% of the issues are over the fold JS and CSS related to plugins included in these theme as well as the theme itself. I contacted theme support and was recommended to use a plugin called BWP minify which totally broke my front end including navigation. How can you guys recommend such a bad plugin that breaks peoples sites? I would like some real support on this issue because a 60/100 score on Google totally screws up SEO. So where is the SEO optimized, what am I missing here?
Hi ulisescl! This is pretty common on WordPress themes: the way scripts are enqueued and 3rd party plugins operate can make this somewhat of a nightmare, especially when compared to standalone frameworks. I can send you same reports of other top sellers themes that get less you can get with Uncode. Don’t think of it solely from a metrics point of view. The whole reason Google developed PageSpeed Insights was as a guideline on best web performance practices to provide recommendations to optimize your site (both complex CMS both simple HTML). For example this is the report for the native WordPress theme (that it’s also pretty light and easy compared to a premium theme) and as you can see the score is 64/100: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2F2017.wordpress.net%2F
The problem with the plugin support team has suggested is that you have to set plugin options properly. It seems you over compress some files. Anyway I’m going to check you specific on the Help Center ticket.
I need the template for blogging. There is any option to create a beautiful author box, related posts, suscription boxes, customize social shares, etc.?

Hey Guys, Quick question on which I hope you can help with. On the thumbnails of the portfolio projects, I was wondering what settings you need to add so when you hover over a portfolio thumbnail the image itself changes. I know you can add colour overlay etc but I want to swap the image itself. I tried the featured media but this adds a slider instead of hover.

I’ve been told by your support staff that none of the metro or masonry post modules stay constant with the designed layout once new posts are published. Will there be a future fix for those of us who purchase for blog, newspaper, and magazine sites? Your theme is extremely creative and the layouts are an awesome selling point….. the post grid do not update properly as new content is added to the designed pages.

You perfectly right, now you define variations in the single block tab to selective items but for next update we have created the new “Matrix” mode. This mean in the single block tab you’ll define the variations of the “slots” and when you insert a new posts elements will shift inside. We are now complete testing and I confirm this will be part of the upcoming update.

Just a quick query, I bought this to use on my own website, but I think it would work better on a clients site im in the process of doing. If I totally remove it from my own domain, and then install it to test on a clients domain, I assuming im allowed to do this, as long as the theme is only one domain at any one time?
