I would like to thank you so much for all the help but I am still receiving a problem when trying to use visual composer (I click an element and nothing happens).

The bridge theme is updated to 10.1.1, I am only wanting to use visual composer to create the parallax layer effect in demo 101. Also just a quick question regarding the following website http://boutik.pt .... Is there a way I can get the little ‘mouse’ scroll icon/animation at the end ? I am currently using a arrow.

1. Maybe there is some 3rd party plugin conflict since Parallax layers works fine on our side. Try disabling all your 3rd party plugins one by one and test this again. 2. Unfortunately, scrolling mouse icon does not exist, but you can have some other icon from font awesome http://fontawesome.io/icons/ and our support can provide you with some custom css code in order to achieve that.

Demo 16 is showing blog list over latest posts element. Regardless of a way in which you are showing blog posts, WordPress functionality does not allow external linking for posts so this cannot be achieved without some custom codding.

Both demos are using Blog Compound page template with right side bare enabled. You can easily see which options were used if you import demo to your installation, and you can do that with Qode Import options. Also, if you don’t want to mess your live website with demo files it is good practice to install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then to try different demos. In this way you can see which options we used and you can reproduce that on your live page.​

Try disabling all your 3rd party plugins and save theme options afterwards since java script error is present in Google Chrome developer tools console https://www.screencast.com/t/4cdvM5mDbPo and it is probably breaking theme java script. Error is probably cause for this problem in your case but if you don’t want to debug it further, you should be able to overcome this by adding custom css code below from Qode options > General > Custom CSS field. Also, we have to point out that this is not theme issue.

Probably, you didn’t updated theme correctly, or you have duplicated bridge folder so try to repeat update process again, and also check if maybe you have two folders now wp-content/themes/bridge/bridge – which is incorrect.

Demo 10 is using portfolio list element so portfolio items are being displayed. You can import that demo over Qode options > Import, and in case that you don’t want to import it on your live site, then you can install it on your PC, and it is good practice to install WordPress on your local machine and then to try different demos. We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer, Layer Slider and Slider Revolution), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.

You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.
