This appears because the theme size is 26 mb but the upload limit set in your server is less than this. Please check this tutorial

I would like to know if it was possible to disable the display of the subcategories in the breadcrumb ?
Currently my breadcrumb appears : home> definition > p > pineapple Here is how I would like it to appear: home> definition > pineapple
As you notice, “p” (subcategory) has been removed from the breadcrumb.
I would like to disable the subcategories using a script to insert in the functions.php file or via the css (hide).

The setup wizard would work on lower limits as well as it imports components one by one. The one click installer on the other hand installs everything in one go so it requires more memory and execution time.

We need a user id to track user progress and other statistics. Anonymous users can’t take courses or quizzes as of now. This request is already in our issue log. At best you can trigger the login- register popup to non-logged in users and ask them to register to proceed with course.
If I change design options in visual composer’s elements, doesn’t show this changes in course status unit. For example: I have a text block with red background, but in course status doesn’t display this background.
Try enabling the switch : wp admin – lms – settings – disable Ajax units in course status

It seems that only load Course Instructions page styles. If you change the units, the page don’t load that custom styles.
When you disable the Ajax switch the units are loaded as standalone page, we’ve tested this with earlier VC versions and it used to work fine. I will check if this is an issue with their latest update.

I am no sure what you mean by “session”. MegaMenu in WPLMS is available for all users, unless you’ve added widgets in MegaMenus which are displayed only for logged in users.
Exactly that is what happens, but I do not have any installed plugin that does that task
if you’re using any caching plugin try clearing out the cache. Most of the caching plugin page cache the pages for logged out users.

I have seen that many people have had this problem, and in the forum also there is but no solution, the error is in the widget of megamenu in the widget section. In the menu option to perzonalize the megamenu when you select in the box “select sidebar” anything other than megamenu, the menu works perfectly, but when you put megamenu stops appearing, and only the administrator sees it.

I have just installed the Theme and default content in an Spanish site. I have got some duplicated pages for BuddyPress (spanish and english version). I have managed to fix it deleting the english ones but I do not find the BuddyDrive one in english nor spanish and the system ask me to fix it defining the appropiate page. I also do not understand what “Drip Feed” term means. Thank you!

You can safely delete the duplicating terms. For buddydrive you can create a blank page and connect it in WP admin – Settings – BuddyPress – pages. For drip, check this video. Drip Feed means that you do no expose all of your content to your students immediately, they get access to units one by one based on time/duration set by you.

If you want to highlight courses in the directory, you can re-order courses by using the Menu order setting in the Course page. Edit the course page and you’ll see the menu order setting, the higher the number the higher the priority of the course.

Hi team,
My students discovered an issue about your new features : “Schedule Inactive Users Email”.
An e-mail is sent to all inactive accounts. The recipient is visible in the recipients email address field and all other students appear in the hidden CCI recipients field.
This is the issue : when a student responds to this email, all the other students receive it…
At the beginning of the mail, it says “Hi Maryse” and all the students receive “Hi Maryse” whereas they should have received “Hi their pseudo”
This means that all students receive this message as a group and the message should have been sent individually to avoid this problem.
As the students were unhappy I had to disable “Schedule Inactive Users Email”.
This feature “Schedule Inactive Users Email” is excellent but it should work better

It is in a particular plugin we’re trying send the mails with BCC parameter instead of CC parameter, but it seems it is connected to a BuddyPress issue as well. I will update you as soon as we release the update.
