Hello,
my website with your theme runs without problems and everything is okay. Now i created a complete backup and transfer the files of the website to another domain and reinstalled it there. But now the muffin builder is just empty. The Content with Columns, Modules… are not there. I have to do a WP page import and then it works.
What could the problem be here?

for complete site migration, we suggest to use Duplicator plugin. It’s pretty easy in use, quite fast and migrate complete website with all settings, media, content, etc.

You can do not activate any of included plugins Plugins are only additions and you don’t need to use them if you don’t want to. But remember, that if we used for example CF7 on one of the demos, you won’t get same form automatically after pre-built website installation.

everything is possible if you have css coding skills and knows how to include elements that does not come with the theme. But if your question is, if we have all same elements/functionalities included, then probably it won’t be possible to create exactly the same because this site has some specialities that are not included into BeTheme by default.

the “bug” you presented on the screenshot above has nothing to with the BeTheme itself and it is due to the limits on your server side. Please contact with your hosting provider and ask him to increase max_input_vars.
In reference to 2nd question, we do not have auto-update included because it’s not so stable and safe as manual or FTP updates. When you do the update yourself, you have better control on what is happening and if all files has been transferred properly. During the auto-updates, you do not have such control and that’s why such update process may bring more harm than good. We have used it for a while in the past but we found it’s not safe enough and that’s why we decided to remove it.
However, if you do not care about this to much and still would like to have an auto-update, please use WP Envato Market plugin.

we have an option to replace social icons in Action Bar with menu (this could be done under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section) but if you want to use plain content instead, it is necessary to modify includes/header-top-area.php file.

Does the theme have the feature of full section scroll / full row scroll where the section stops once it reaches the bottom of the page on mouse scrolling stop ?

When my site is in mobile version, the background of selected menu is transparent. Other menu items have white background, but only selected menu item has transparent background which looks awkward. How can I make the background of every menu in white color? Thanks!

What we can see is grey background (it’s RGBA color) and to remove this background for current menu items, you need to use below css:

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

i want to filter the blog entrys in two seperate pages (one page for all actuall events and one for old events with expire date).
at the moment i use the blog element from the muffin builder but in the settings i can only select one post category. for the old events (archie page) this is enough but under the actually event page i have 7 different kinds of events.
which setting i must use to show only this 7 kinds of events on the eventpage and the old events under the archive page.
i try to exlude the archive categorie via theme settings but this have no effect.
does i use it in the wrong way? thx for a tip.

to display posts from different categories, you supposed to use Blog item which has multi category option included so you can define posts from different categories.

Yes, you can have page numbers with arrows instead. All you need to do is turn on All pages in pagination option under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section.

looks like this plugin is incomplete and that’s why you get this error. We suggest to remove all plugin files via FTP and upload them once again thru FTP as well. Please make sure during this process that all files are complete. However, if this won’t help, you should contact with the author of this 3rd party plugin because this has nothing to with the BeTheme itself.

I purchased the BeTheme, the layer slider WP plugin cannot be activated because the purchase code is invalid. I did follow the instruction to locate the purchase code and copy & paste (also checked, there is no space in between). So my question is how to make the layer slider WP active? Thx.

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can read more details about this on Envato forum:

All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. Hi, I am using the creative: always open left menu. I also have some submenu. Instead of having the submenu dropdown option, is there a way to display all the submenu?
The website is in localhost so I cant show you anything but I have another big issue. My site is a One Page site with creative:always open LEFT MENU. In one the main menu, I have a few submenu which link to a single page. When I am on the single page trying to click a menu to the one page system home layout. Let’s say “contact us” link for example, it always will not scroll to the section. If I am on the homepage which is already a ONE PAGE LAYOUT, the scroll to section menu features will work. But if I click the menu link from a normal single page, it always go to the wrong section. Sorry if I confused you.

Hey there, When you hover over the “Blog” item, there are submenu dropdown on the right. Mine has a ”+” sign on the side of the blog item and when you click on the sign, all the submenu will list down underneath the “Blog” item. What I want is I want the submenu to display by default underneath the “Blog” item.
So maybe you set Side Slide menu style under Theme options > Responsive > Header section?

1) ( http://pasteboard.co/Eud0COjDO.png) To remind this is a ONE PAGE website which means it have scroll to section effect. But under my “our product” menu tab, there are few submenu which is a single page. I have to click the ”+” sign to display the submenu

Do you use different browsers when testing the themes? There’s a conflict in the theme.. When I use Mozilla, the pages with Parallax background and Style: DARK are not showing up properly. Here’s the page: www.valleyfabllc.com/outdoor-stone-surfaces/
I selected different style with parallax background, and it’s working. However DARK style has some issues.
Hope this issue will be fixed with upcoming updates.

yes, we do tests of course in all browsers (including Mozilla). After further checking, we realized that the problem is related with your custom css located under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section:
.section.dark { margin-top:-1px;}
Please remove above css line and parallax will be back in the right place.
