Hi support and thanks for the answer.

I have no problem loggin in but I stiil can’t submit a ticket regarding Bridge. Only reply on one of my old bridge tickets. When I click the “Submit a ticket” button I have to choose “Product or Category” – “With witch product og category do you need help?” And when I Click to chose Bridge from the dropdown list I’m not able to choose Bridge because it’s not in the list.

I have also cleared the cache and also tried different browsers and devices.

Background images are set to cover holding container and this is default approach in responsive design, and with most plugin and theme authors, since it is default css functionality and according to specifications. Also your website is working, and this does not require urgency. I will inform support again, and he will answer you as soon as as possible. We didn’t rested it, so we can’t tell you much . Only issue which you might encounter is plugin conflict with theme page transitions, but you can overcome that easily by disabling page animations from Qode options > General. Also, since you are already using our theme, you can ask plugin author if you can get refund if plugin isn’t compatible.

Back to top button only have back to top functionality, and unfortunately this cannot be changed per page options or globally in any way, but you can disable it or hide it with some css on specific pages.

Regarding demo import, each demo will overwrite previous one, and before importing new demo you should clear previous one, and this is covered in theme documentation http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/3-demo-content/3-1-qode-import/ . Regarding combining demos, it is good practice to install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then to try different demos. In this way you can see which options we used and you can reproduce that on your live page.​

Thank you for your reply – sorry I didn’t explain myself properly regarding the scroll to top action. What I meant was is it possible to stop the page scrolling back to the top when you select any link. For example in the portfolio sectors if I select “Next Project”, the screen scrolls back to the top and then goes to the new page. Can this scrolling back to the top by disabled globally (Not the Scroll to top Button – that is ok)

Probably there is some conflict between one of 3rd party plugins which you are using and with our ajax page transitions, so try disabling page animations. Page transitions can be turned off from:

1. general options Qode Options > General​

2. local options (when you edit your pages), note that these settings will overwrite global settings from Qode Options for specific page

3. Also you can turn off page transitions for specific pages by writing page URLs from Qode options > General > ​​List of internal URLs loaded without AJAX (separated with comma)

If you continue to have problems, please submit a ticket to our support and they will investigate this on your end. Also include WordPress admin access in your ticket.

Form is not imported probably because you have installed CF7 plugin after importing demo. Repeat demo import again while CF7 plugin in activated and demo form will be imported also. Then simply add that form to desired location on the page.

Most common approach is to install different demos on local installation in order to see elements and options which we used, and then, form text editing mode, you can copy raw shortcode from some page, and then to past it on a page on your live installation. After updating page, and switching to Visual Composer editor, all element will appear on that page.
