Hi Albert I’m sorry for your issue, please be sure that you are trying to access in the correct forum as there is one per each product. Copy and paste is usually good, but be sure to copy it from the TXT of your purchase code, because copying from the PDF is sometimes taking in weird characters.
Also, sometimes the Envato verification service is down for few moment, the only thing to do is retry.
Please let me know if you manage to enter otherwise we will find another solution. Thanks!
Mate, I am using Slam since the beginning now, just wondering, will the Beatport plugin work on this was as well and would it be easy to switch from Slam to Sonik!? Or are both themes incompatible…
Hello! You can switch theme as they are made compatible on purpose so it will keep all your releases, podcasts, artists and events. The beatport importer will work on Sonik too, just don’t reset the database cos it needs to see that the site has been actived with the purchase activation procedure, which you already did on Slam.
OK this seems to be working somehow, however I am trying this now with a fresh set up and in the fresh set up it doesn’t work, i’m getting a plugin incompatible error and it’s all the most recent versions installed, any ideas what this might be!?

I am currently unable to edit our radio schedule; I cannot add a new show nor can I delete a show. I tried even deleting the day entry and recreating it, but to no avail. Sonik is up to date. Any suggestions you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t understand the question, sorry. If you want to hear music, the web stream needs to be working. If you don’t need the music stream yet, the theme works perfectly for all the other functions and you can hide the player. Did you mean this?

Perfect, if you want we can pre-test your stream. The best is a SHoutcast V2 stream. Please notice that Google Chrome “banned” shoutcast v1 stream (considered now insecure since a month or so). Any mp3 stream works fine.
Please also check our OnAir2 theme which is only for radios, maybe you like it more 
I don’t use shout cast I use another stream called radio.co will the theme support this? I got all the streaming details

i am interested in buying a theme from you. Sonic or Vice looks more less .
audio features are cool, but my site is a blog with different categories, i think the best way is to display posts from each of category in separate column.
i only found this way of representing info in SONIC footer.
1. i want my home page shall look “like a list of articles” in columns. (3 or 4 colums is enough). It looks like a footer of your sonic 2 theme => column at the bottom. Morels like this => http://qantumthemes.xyz/sonik/demo2/ (at the bottom columns : LATEST RELEASES, CHARTS, GIGS)
2. maybe you have something similar in other themes ?
3. Do you have this feature in VICE ?
4. now this “table" has only 5 items in each column. is it possible to configure 10 ?

7. i need that this table is "dynamic” a content of each column is taken automatically from different "category".Hi, Sonik has articles page templates but you can’t filter by category. Vice has nothing similar.
In Sonik, all the demos have their own “one click” installer plugin, you just choose one and install the relative demo content.
About how to use it, Sonik has Visual Compsoer so you can build pages as you want, but doesn’t have the Ajax page loading and the bottom player for your podcasts, as you said you need.
This because visual composer is incompatible with ajax loading, so the 2 themes are different and complementary (needed to do some compromises).
For any further detailed info, i’m sure you can find appropriate explanation about the possibilities of the 2 themes in the manuals:

Hi and thanks for the screenshot. As you can see the size adn boxing of the titles in charts for your site is not the one that comes from our theme. In the original Sonik (this screen is from actual version) this is how it appears:
http://imgur.com/a/uncwHSo or you changed the CSS manually or one of the maby plugins is actually rewriting some coomon styles and causing a bug. If you cistomized the code plrease review the changes, otherwise you have to disable one by one the plugins till finding which is causing the problem.

Regarding the 2. first this is a code customization, then the featured image of each post is already as background header for pages, so I have to check your case to understand what you mean, still need the link to the original forum post please.
Can you guys add a section for Live streams? Gonna get into the habit of live videos for music performances, but would be nice if there could be an section of some sort for it, also a notice that pops up when you do have a video stream running?
Hello! Is a very unique request so for the moment can’t be a theme feature, but you can simply make a page and use a link to the youtube video of the live to embed the player in the page and create a special page for it, or add it to the home with visual composer
Understandable I think its something you should look into though! A lot of performers / radio hosts / podcasts are getting into live video streaming their sessions through Facebook live or Youtube Live, so it might be something to think about eventually. Thank you for the reply and suggestion though!
for facebook you can use any plugin allowing to add iframes to contents while youyube you just link to the live video and will be embedded in the page
Regarding the radio player icon in the menu, is it possible to link this to a pop-out player rather than the inbuilt radio player so that the viewer doesn’t have to keep pressing play every time they change page?

video background are not possible in mobile, are blocked by security hardware settings
