Hi, Thank you for this wonderful theme. I was quickly installing everything just for POC for a client. I want to make sure campaigns can be translated to another language, for my needs – Hebrew. We want the visitor from the US to see the campaign in english and the visitor from Israel to see the the campaign in Hebrew, I think we achieve that already, The only thing I’m not sure about how to do or if possible, that if both donate to the campaign, will the amounts sum for the same campaign. Right now I see there is no connection. Is it possible?

Hello! I have one question before buying.

Could I use this schema using tour template.

I prefer to connect theme with local payment service (not paypal etc.), this service have plugin for woocommerce. And collect all payments like a e-shop in my local payment service wallet. All payments must show in project page, all mechanism must work.

When campaign ends, I’ll have to send all money (minus my percent) to author. Payments between author and me (admin) is on me (in real life), not on theme.

Is there any possibility to do that, could I use different payment method, that compartible with woocomerce?

hello. i payed good money for this theme and i am not getting a satisfying support… the theme has a bug: when i add a destination to the campaign, for example 25000, after few hours the price changes to 25 automatically. i posted a ticket about this but your agent provides short and unsatisfying answers. for example, for this bug he wrote “You need to config on Currency Settings tabs”... i wrote back that i did and i don’t see the problem. he did not answer since… please provide me with some decent support.. here is the ticket: https://wpopal.ticksy.com/ticket/1070828

Hello, does your theme support the following features:

1) The opportunity to create a project that will be funded by the people without compensation (charity projects) ? 2) The opportunity to create a project that will be funded by people with a reward (e.g. dividends, share in business etc.) (rewards for supporting the project) ? 3) The ability to make the site multilingual. 4) In my county people don’t use stripe or paypal. Is it possible to make another variants of payment? Maybe with the opportunity to manually return funds to users if project does not reached the goal? or reach the goal? Here all the money first goes to the admin’s financial account, and then the admin sends the funds to the project owner. If the site owner wants to keep a commission from the raised funds (as a website/platform service charge), they need to do it manually.

hi. your ticket system doesn’t load (“502 Bad Gateway”). i have several issues making the site look exactly like the damo. then i follow the guide it only allows me to import the content. but it doesn’t import the widgets, menus and theme properties. i saw that there is another option called “WpOpal Import” but when i press on “Get Demo From Live Server” nothing happen…. can you please help me ?

Hi there, we are using your theme for a client website and the revolution slider is leaving markup in the meta. (If we share the homepage kcsn.org.uk) on facebook you see the revolution slider markup below the title. Is there a functions.php action we can use to hide the rev slider markup?

We have tried to update the slider itself but this has not helped.
