I have a Pre Purchase question:
1. Is it possible to have a center menu layout on the following uncide theme? https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/portfolio-classic/ Just like the menu of the following layout: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/portfolio-agency/2. How long will this theme be supported the coming 5 years? I ask this because the last update was in nov 2016 and I have had unfortuantely some bad experience with other theme authors.
3. Does this theme support php7 and above?

2. Uncode is one of the Envato top seller themes so there is no intention to stop the development and 4 months from the last update is really not a big time in web development. Anyway the next update is planned pretty soon.
3. Yes it’s suggested you use PHP 7 above all other versions.

Hi there, I have installed the theme and demo content, however, I am unable to see the visual compressor for the content blocks. I went into the role manager and the options are set to pages. But it not appearing. I went through he tutorials as well and wasn’t able to figure it out. Would you be able to help out with this?

How can I change the date format for comment on a blog post. It doesn’t use the settings I’ve put on Wordpress Admin. The site is Finnish and Uncode comments use English date format.

Yes. Even if I change that, the time stamp for individual comment is like this: maaliskuu 6th 2017, 12:01. I would like it to be: 6.3.2017

Hi, I have a problem and a question.
Problem: I turned media filtering on in the media gallery module, but the categories don’t show up, although I copied all the settings from the sample module. If I copy the module from your portfolio-photo sample it works fine. Hidden setting or bug?
Question: How to create sub galleries or categorize images properly. I would like to have a top menu item called landscape photography that if clicked shows countries with a selected featured image each. Then if a country’s featured image is clicked the picture viewer containing images made in the specific country should be displayed. Or even better a sub gallery with cities from the selected country each with its own featured image.
If I add media categories to my landscapes and then I add those images to the gallery module it dumps all the images on the screen and by filtering to countries it still shows all the images made in that country. How to do this properly, or how to make sub galleries?

I’ve two problems in a my website : http://tonydarocha.com 1 // The top-menu doesn’t work in my single page (but the url seems good and the onepage-pagination works fine). 2 // When I have two differents isotopes in the same page (for differents custom types), the “load more” button is not working.

You moved your support to a new help center that I can’t access because my support expired. I understand completely that I can’t ask you any questions and that is okay. However, it also means that I no longer have access to known and new issues and fixes, including temporary solutions you upload to dropbox.
I do not appreciate being forced into buying extended support just to find out if it is safe to update. In theory it even leaves the door wide open to deliberately create some minor issues because it is good for business.
I do like your theme and was about to purchase a license for a client so I checked your forum for information on planned updates (it has been a while). Instead I am very disappointed with this new Themeforest/Undsgn concept of “better service”

This is not a “new Themeforest/Undsgn concept of ‘better service’” but the Envato official policy for support (in case it was our old support to be not compliant). When you buy an item on ThemeForest you have a support period option to choose that can be 6 or 12 months and this is the same for every theme you buy here on Envato. I hope you can understand that lifetime support is not sustainable both for authors both the marketplace.

There is just one tiny problem. On Product Archive page (where all my products from WooCommerce are shown) there is a grid with 12 product holders, but there are always two missing (last two).

It seems you are using the default WooCommerce settings that are inherited by the WordPress > Settings > Readings > “Blog pages show at most” option. I’m pretty sure you have this option set to 10, you should use 9 or 12. Hope this helps!
hi. I purchased Uncode and are trying to set it up now. I use blog creative and wanted to change the font in the blocks. I followed the steps in your help-site but it seems to have some errors. I added 2 fonts according to the steps but one font shows with the correct name but the font is wrong and the other one shows in the drop-down menu (in theme options-customize-general…) but has no name – just a blank line and the font here is also wrong. What am i doing wrong??

Is it possible to have both menu in one site. I want to have both menus in my website. Want to have icons menu in the centre and small menu in right hand side. Is it possible in your theme?

No sorry you can have only one final menu in your installation from one of the Uncode menu, even if Uncode is one of more flexible themes we first need to solve common patterns and different menu layouts on the same site it’s not so common practice. Let us know if you need more infos!

hello, Is it possible to have just Images mixed with ‘portfolio posts’ ? So instead of clicking on an image bringing it to another page, can you have it just pop out?
