It is currently listing 12 products (which I want it to list 12 products per page), but how do I fix this issue so I that I can see the 2nd page of products?

On this page you are using our element Edge Product list and it doesn’t offer pagination, since there you are just choosing how many items will be visible. If you use WooCommerce template https://www.screencast.com/t/2QOK5cAs0Ndo You could have pagination on the bottom.

What happens if I want more than 1 page to display my products?
Pagination will appear at the bottom of the page, and users will be able to navigate trough to 2nd, 3rd page etc.

You’re saying that in order for my products to display on a page, after I set it to display as a WooCommerce template page, then I need to set it as my Default Shop Page. So I’m asking what if I want more than 1 page on my site to display my products?
So for example, if you look at my site, what happens if I want to display products on the Ties, Pocket Squares, Bow Ties, and Add Ons page? (The settings only allow me to set 1 page as my Default Shop Page. So how do I get the other pages to view my products as well, while still having the Pagination at the bottom?)

You could have only one page as default shop page with pagination. On the rest of pages, you could use our or WooCommerce shortcodes for showing Products, such as Edge Product List https://www.screencast.com/t/OaO94oM669 where you’ll add number of products that would be listed, but without pagination.

The Walker theme doesn’t have the fullscreen section template, but if you want to have different sections on your page, you can always use either Row, or Edge Elements Holder Visual Composer shortcodes to achieve this kind of effect.

The masonry layout was created by using the custom theme script and you can use it for the product list, by using the Edge product list Visual Composer shortcode but not on the category pages, because this is not a template. It is possible to use the sidebar on the masonry shop wide page.

Hi team, quick question there seems to be a bug on the sticky info product page type: The product info & reviews extends until under the “related products” when I scroll to the bottom of the page. The sticky info works correctly, you just have to much content on your single product page, so you can’t see it all until you scroll all the way down. This may be possible to adjust a little bit with some custom css if you submit a ticket to https://edge.ticksy.com/
We are not sure what kind of changes you have made exactly on your website, but once you submit a private ticket on the support forum, include your wp admin credentials also so that one of our support agents inspect the issue closely.

Hi team! This is a pre-purchase question. Really love your theme, on desktop its amazing, but I saw some problems on the mobile site: on product view, when I click on the picture to see it bigger, the first preview is pretty small, then when I click on the arrows to make it full screen, the image is really big but cut off. I don’t see any visible place to close that big preview either, I believe this can be fixed. Also, when I click add to cart on any single product page, the words “Add to cart” move up but don’t animate fully on mobile. Then, when I go to the cart, there are some responsiveness issues with the list of products in the cart, and some spacing issues on the coupon code section. The layout is much better on the checkout page that follows it. I don’t wanna hack on, I truly love you theme – are these issues that will be fixed so I can buy the template, or is this going to be further down the line? Thank you for your reply, Irina

The issue is now resolved as you can see for yourself once you access the demo website. The other issues can easily be adjusted with some custom css code with which one of our support agents can assist you with if you choose to use our theme.

You have probably made some custom settings on the home page backend, which are different from the settings that you have made inside the Edge Options/Header. Just make the same settings inside the Edge Options/Header like you made them on the homepage and you will get the same result.

Pre-Purchase question. Would it be possible to have automatic “quick view” on homepage products /left-menu-dark/. Not a quick view button, but Quick View when selecting the product image which then leads to choosing options such as clothing sizes/colors and add to cart all from the homepage.

Unfortunately there is no such option by default with our theme, and if you would like to achieve this, you would need to make custom changes inside the default theme templates by yourself in order to achieve this kind of effect.

Your theme looks horrible from mobil phone !!! , The texts and the buttons are underneath the images.
