Yes, some options are named like that in the beginning so changing them right now will require changing default option value, and that will alter current settings on installations after theme update, so we have to consider best approach if we are going to change that.

By default, product category archives title area is the same like the one from main shop page. But you can change image and title text in title area of WooCommerce category archives with some custom css. Yes, category title image can be replaced with css, and support can provide you instructions for one category, but they cannot code this for you for each category, because you have to use category css class for each category page and to set image trough css. Since you are using just one image, consider using Qode slider instead and assign just one slide to Qode slider and you will have same layout. Such an option does not exist, sorry. Enabling sound won’t allow user to turn it off is user wants that, and many users find this annoying so this will create bad user experience. If you want to have sound, better approach would be to use Layer or Revolution slider, or to simply find some plugin just for music playback.

This is normal, because we bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer, Layer Slider and Slider Revolution), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.

You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.

Finally you can add images or shortcodes within these custom widget areas,and this content will appear inside Wide Menu.
