We are not able to select parent pages inside mobile menu for this theme. When we select parent page it open dropdown with child pages and do not redirect to parent page. Please provide solutions for this.

I have to say that I am a seasoned Wordpress user, having used it for around 10 years. However I find this template a real dissapointment. In fact I have to say i find the template unworkable and unusable and hugely time consuming. The install/consol instructions are basic and you have to submit a support ticket for things which should have been included as part of the basic management consol guide. So I have decided to scrap this one and put it down to experience. Very disappointed to say the least and would advise other buyers to beware !!!

Thank you for the reply, but you have only gone to confirm my issues, 1. The dummy data proved to be an issue, even though i followed the install instructions and thats not a good start 2. The install/consol instructions are basic and you have to submit a support ticket/comment for things which should have been included as part of the basic management consol guide. 3. I have a list of 27 problems with the template, i have never had so many glitches/issues on a template before, but I will not be sending 27 support ticket requests. As i said, i have now scraped/dumped this template and now ending my correspondence with yourselves. Thank you,

1/ I follow the instructions to import the dummy data. 2/ The page loading indicator spins for several minutes. 3/ This error message then shows with a blank page – 405 Not Allowed – nginx/1.10.2

Hi, Great theme
I’m trying to do a couple of things that just can figure out: in the page http://plumbing.themerex.net/?page_id=3016 at the bottom there is a map section and above that there is a gray section with logo and some contact information.
First I need to change the fax part to say email or if not possible, then I need to hide the whole gray section.
second, I’ve tried to change the map to show with the address and I did go to the theme options and tried to change the address and even coordinates, and the map its just blank, even with the old address.
and Third at the very top to the left side of the screen right above the logo, there is this icon menu that when pressed it opens a darker screen with links to find a handyman and see our practice, I need to turn that menu off completely so it wont show.

Hello, Please update your links in the theme to support SSL and HTTPS. In particular, look for the Google Fonts links that go to http and switch to https in the functions.php file, and also the fonts at the top of /skins/default/default.css (and anywhere else).

I purchased the Plumbing – Repair, Building & Construction Theme and the we’re having an issue activating the Visual Composer. When we press active, it opens a page that says No License Found. How do we activate it?
You can use Visual composer without license key. Our license allows us to built in Visual Composer in the theme and transfer limited license to end users allowing them to use Visual composer in one end product.
Visual Composer updates are supplied with theme updates so you will be able to get new version of Visual Composer as soon as we release next update.

The navigation arrows on the booking calendar aren’t visible. The creator of the booking calendar states it’s an issue with your theme. To quote them: ‘the problem is related to the theme layout, which overwrites our default layout. The arrows have always been there, but they were white, so you couldn’t see them and navigate through the months. Now we changed the color to black, in “Bg and Colors” section of our plugin (Month navigation buttons style > Buttons color & Buttons color on mouse over). Now you can see the buttons, but we think there’s another issue as we just see two squares instead of the arrows. We suspect that the theme authors had changed the paths of FontAwesome font and that’s generating the error. Anyway, you should ask them about that. Let us know how it goes!’

I own two of your themes and visual composer doesn’t work properly on one of them.
I’ve never properly set the theme up until now and so sadly I’m out of support but thought I’d report this as the theme appears to be broken out the box.
Chrome is reporting this in the console when launching visual composer: Refused to display ‘http://domain.com/?page_id=2363&vc_editable=true&vc_post_id=2363&_vcnonce=0cb434a8d2' in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘DENY’. frontend-editor.min.js:9 Uncaught DOMException: Blocked a frame with origin “http://domain.com” from accessing a cross-origin frame.(…)
This is after a complete reinstall and installation of dummy content so I thought I’d report this as your other customers may be getting the same thing. Cheers.

This has got to be the most frustrating theme ever. I will be requesting a refund. There is nothing, easy and 90% of the features either don’t exist or don’t work. I am feeling scammed at this point. What a horrible experience.
